I went to Dr. Lien for a tummy tuck. From the first appointment to post ops him and his team absolutely fabulous!!! I am ready to schedule my next surgery in September. I will absolutely use him for my breast and arm lift also.

I had a prophylactic nipple sparing double mastectomy in 2018 in Arizona. I had immediate reconstruction surgery at the same time. After 3 months, I had implant exchange with fat grafting. Within about 1-2 months time, my right implant became hard and started to move upwards toward my clavicle. I ended up having another surgery to remove capsular contracture and implant exchange. Again, after 1-2 months, the implant became hard and moved up my chest wall again. The pain was unbearable and it left my nipples facing in opposite directions. I moved to Washington and interviewed with Dr Lien. He made me feel immediately comfortable and took time to listen to my history. He was honest, realistic all while being compassionate and professional. After researching other surgeons in the area, I ended up booking my revision/reconstruction with Dr Lien. Im so happy with the results. My recovery was so much less painful and the breast is still soft 1 month from surgery. Im hopeful for a good outcome. The incision is clean and as pretty as possible. I highly recommend him to anyone trying to “feel like a woman” again after a Mastectomy. I finally love my breasts again! Thank you !

Dr. Lien was very encouraging and provided all of the information I needed to make the decision to have a breast reduction procedure. He was there for me every step of the way, even going above and beyond when I had a concern that ended up being nothing! Dr. Lien did a great job!!!! I love the outcome.

Dr. Lien was kind, compassionate and thorough. He listens and answers any concerns he can as unbiased as possible. I was very sick from my breast implants (implanted 2010) and needed a microsurgeon who could perform an en bloc total capsulectomy for me (Oct 2019). Explanting was a very emotional decision and a surgery that was long overdue. He never once suggested that I put new implants in after hearing my health history and experience with them. I really appreciated that about him as every other Plastic Surgeon I had talked to prior tried to encourage a new set of implants. He took extra time during surgery to make sure he removed all of the capsule scar tissue and I've been healing wonderfully ever since! I genuinely feel like a new person and 90% of my Breast Implant Illness symptoms are GONE!!! My scarring is healing so nicely and I credit that to his steady hand and diligent work. If you're considering giving Dr. Lien your business - I cannot praise him, his staff and his work enough. Good luck!

Both myself and my daughter had surgery done by Dr Lien. He is comforting, kind and understanding. He explained everything carefully and in a way we could easily understand. His skill and knowledge are exceptional. He and his staff felt trustworthy and treated us very well.

This doctor is very professional. He answered all my questions, and listened to my concerns, and informed me about the procedure. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for breast augmentation.

This doctor did an amazing job on my breast augmentation. I selected 800cc smooth gummy bear implants due to my height and shoulder width. I was not in the ace bandage for more than a day as they had already started settling into their pocket, so he put me into a sports bra right away. I could not ask for a better physician that knows exactly what he is doing at all times, and checks on his patients frequently.

The first three months were tough having to sleep on my back and in a sports bra constantly, but now months later I wouldn’t change anything about it. I love my boobs. 800cc Natrelle Inspire Cohesive Gel (Gummy Bear) Implants.

Dr. Samuel Lien put these in in March of this year. It takes about 6 months for them to really drop into place and get soft and their bounce to them. I have no regrets, and I love them. The Dr did an amazing job

I had my last post op visit with him 12/16/19. I had a FDL and medial thigh lift 9/25/19. Dr. Lien is a super awesome doctor. I had the opportunity to have some cosmetic work done, that I have waited to do for a little over ten years. My total weight loss was 140lbs(highest weight 270) I have kept 120 to 130 off. I researched two other docs and had consults. I wasn't to sure about them. I had my consult with Dr.Lien and BLAMMO he was it. I don't know why. You'll know when you meet him.

He is a very kind guy, I did not feel rushed during any of my appointments.I was not embarrassed or uncomfortable. He has awesome bedside manners. I trusted he would take great care of me AND HE DID. He will answer any questions you have, and go over all options and advise on the best one. I do have to say he was the first doc ever to convince me, to give up cigarettes. He didn't have to try hard either, something was mentioned about blood vessels and tissue necrosis. That was good for me right there. He has great staff as well from front desk to MA's and the RN.

My incisions look fantastic i no real complication, he performed a miracle, swear to god. I was reminded at a few post op visit, that once the swelling goes Ill see the real results. I extremely happy with some swelling. The only complaint I have is, the garment,which is not his fault. I had to wear for a week it was like bike shorts that covered my stomach area. like two in one. I hated that thing with a passion. I was given an abdominal binder and ace wrapped my thighs. I was much more comfortable.

I highly recommend him and that's an understatement, oh yeah he wears cool socks too.
I can't say enough how grateful I am to have had him as my surgeon.

Back to excersising, not that easy to get back to it. I can do moderate excersising up to 1.5 hours every other day. NO AB work. Its fine im glad I can freely move around. I do swell up a lot by the end of the day. Each day is getting better.

The pictures of Dr Lien wonderful work. Im super happy with my results. I had medial thigh lift as well. I the next few months swelling should be less of an issue and I'll get some holiday swelling off too. Bike ridding is not too comfortable right now. Stick to walking, hiking and other activities.
