I had such a great experience with Dr. Nizam! Years ago, I had a chin implant placed incorrectly, which left me really hesitant to get it fixed. I spent a long time researching and consulting with different surgeons who specialize in jaw implants, but I always walked away feeling unsure—either they didn’t fully understand my concerns or just didn’t see what was bothering me about my appearance.

When I had a Zoom consultation with Dr. Nizam, it was a completely different experience. He actually listened, saw exactly what I was talking about, and understood my goals right away. Out of all the surgeons I spoke with, he was the only one who made me feel confident in his approach. He had a clear plan, and I could tell he really knew what he was doing.

The whole process was super thorough. I had to get a CT scan so they could custom-make my jaw implant and assess my misplaced chin implant. When Dr. Nizam came back with my surgery plan, I didn’t feel the need to change a single thing—I trusted his vision completely. His team even helped me book my stay, which made everything so much easier.

My surgery was scheduled about a month later, and now, just a week post-op, I’m already loving my results—even with the swelling! The pain was way more manageable than I expected, and the whole recovery process has been smooth. The team really took care of me and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The office staff, especially Emma and Erica, were so nice and helpful. Dr. Nizam’s wife, Lily, was amazing too—she came in just for me so I could do hyperbaric oxygen therapy after surgery, which helps speed up healing.

Not only do I already feel more confident, but my face looks so much more balanced and natural. If you’re considering jaw implants or any cosmetic procedure, I can’t recommend Dr. Nizam enough. He exceeded my expectations in every way, and I’m so happy I trusted him with this!

Everything went great! They made me feel very comfortable & talked me through it. The doctors and staff were great. I was scared at first but they made my visit great and all my worries went away. 10/10

I was worried about this procedure because the VA chose the location which is over an hour away from where I lived. When I walked in I was immediately impressed with the staff, the decor and most importantly the cleanliness. When the doctor came in he was comforting, knowledgeable and quick. I will be back for teeth implants. Even though we live an hour away I have two teenagers that need their wisdom teeth removed. Will be coming back for sure!!

I am 36 years old and I had to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. This was my first surgical procedure ever. That should explain how a total wreck my nerves were. My dentist office (Smile Makers, Dr. B) referred me to set up an orientation with Dr. Nizam and his team. At orientation I didn’t feel rushed, they conducted themselves in a very professional manner and they answered all of my questions. On yesterday, I went into their office to have my procedure done and I was super nervous. Dr. Nizam and his team made sure that I was very comfortable and ensured that I had nothing to worry about. They took the time to explain to me the steps I needed to take after the procedure was over with. The procedure went very well and I was not in any pain. After returning home, I was able to clean up my house and play with my children. What really touched my heart is when Dr. Nizam contacted me himself on yesterday, just to check up on me to make sure I was doing well and to see if I had any additional questions. Thank you Dr. Nizam and your team. I would recommend anyone to you all for whatever dental procedure they may need to have done. You and your team will forever have a place in my heart. Absolutely loved this spa and service! The staff was super nice and helpful!! I will have all my services done here and recommend all my friends to this spa. Overall I loved the spa because the energy made me feel comfortable and eager to learn about other services

First time at ASA. Most times people get anxiety when going to dentist. I can say the very first phone call was kind and so relaxing. My experience was the best I have ever had at a dental office. Everyone was great. The nurse, desk clerks, account(bill collectors), all made me feel comfortable. Now for Doctor Jackson he has the best bedside manner. Will be back again and recommending them to everyone I know.

I really love this place it's so serene! I simply told them.all of my concerns and they understood! Their Bedside manners made my visit super! If your ever in Alabama please go see Dr. Nizam! Him and his staff are amazing.

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Nizam, Lily and his practice. They are all very professional, the facility is beautiful and the staff is so sweet. The most important thing that I truly love and respect about Dr. Nizam and his work, is that he is clearly progressive and his talents are beyond what this area currently offers. I’m very happy I found them!

My lift was looking longer as I aged. I was using fillers to I’ve my lips volume. I kept over-filling them trying to get a plump look. Dr. Nizam explained to me removing fillers and doing a lip lift would help me to have a more youthful look. I am five weeks post-op and the results are incredible. I also wanted fractional CO2 laser resurfacing. I am almost wrinkle free and my texture looks fabulous. I feel as if it took 10 years off my face.

Lily and Dr. Nizam are such a treat for the River Region! They are truly the best in the area, and I find myself constantly telling everyone about how much I love them. They are the only people I would trust doing my Botox, filler, and lasers treatments. Their comprehensive treatment plan makes perfect sense, and wasn't too pushy or over the top. Can't wait for my next visit!
