I had an amizing exprniece with doctor saman tahmasbi Seeing teh sampeles of Dr. Saman Tahmasbi,s surgeries, idecided to leave teh cosmetic surgery of my eyes in teh hands of teh artist. And i am very grateful to them
The most amazing result I've seen in any plastic surgeon I've searched. He was very kind, upfront about the recovery and side effects. I also wanted to do a tummy tuck which he refused to accept and recommended working out. He's an honest and down to earth doctor and his staff were very responsive and respectful. My scars healed quite nicely and I love my final results.
I spent a long time looking for a doctor to do Canthoplasty aka almond eye shape (almost three years) in multiple different countries as It’s really hard to achieve a harmonious and stunning result and finally found this incredible facility via Instagram. I flew in because I wanted to work with this office as they were very helpful and informative in our virtual consultations going above and beyond answering all my questions and concerns.Their office was very beautiful and private. During the procedure they went out of their way to make me comfortable, explain what to expect, how I would feel and what I should do after. Dr Tahmasbi is a very skilled, gentle and honest doctor. I was intimidated prior to the procedure but honestly there was nothing to worry about. This is the office you should visit! I will go back to this office EXCLUSIVELY to get other procedures done! My surgery went very smoothly and love the result. Dr. T & Mr. Sahand have been exceptional. I highly recommend him and will be referring everyone to his practice. I can’t thank them enough.
You will definitely profit from a lateral canthoplasty to move the lateral canthus to a more upward position, however canthoplasty alone would not do the trick as you have droopy eyebrows and you need either open or endoscopic forehead and eyebrow lift so the eyes would show themselves and they would look tired and sad like in th photos
Canthoplasty will be done at the corner of the eyes. lateral Canthoplasty has an incision length about 3 to 4 mm, which is virtually not visible with removeable sutures, in 90 percent of the cases it will heal by itself, but in rare cases you could use repair creams to get rid of the faded line or cover it with make up. that being said, the surgeon's skills in that matter is something that should not be overlooked. not everyone is a good candidate for Canthoplasty and not every surgeon is able to this procedure.
you need procedures both on the upper and lower parts of the face. on the upper part the forehead has bone protuberance that needs to be shaved and also the length of the forehead is definitely not proportional to the rest of the face which needs to be shaved, lastly your chin is augmented and wide and with a reduction genioplasty you will get more feminine touch in the face.
first of all, you need to know what is the problem so you need to assess what type of surgery is suitable for you. the first thing you should know is that your forehead has a bone protuberance in supra orbital and frontal sinus regions so the first thing, any plastic surgeon needs to consider is to shave that bone (in accordance with the CT scan which determine the bone thickness and therefore the amount that needs to be shaved) also the distance between your eyes and eyebrows is very low. you have a hooded eyebrow, so this distance needs to be increased by way of forehead and temporal lift. the last thing you may need, and I am saying MAY because I can't see full face pictures, is forehead reduction surgery which will be done by lowering the hairline. all these procedures can be done simultaneously and with the same incision across the hairline.
