Your questions are not easy to answer over a chat. The breast size does change with fluctuations in weight. Both breast are never exactly alike. They can be made more symmetrical with an augmentation or reduction on the concerned side. Have you noticed any lowering or settling of the implants as compared to your early post op days? If there has been no change at all, chances are the implants have settled in position and there will not be a significant change henceforth. The Breasts will change slightly in the next 2-3 months. The bottom might appear fuller as the tissue settles. If you are looking at perkier or higher breasts, a touch-up procedure may be required.

The garments will be uncomfortably tight for the 1st few days. After that they fit snugly.The have to be tight enough to give compression. Wait for a few days more and you will feel comfortable&nbsp;in your garments.
So, yes they should be tight enough.

Do the compression garment wearing after one week from surgery need to be tightly sticking to the body?

Good morning.
Butt augmentation either with implants or BBL is safe. BBL is a more natural method and has the advantage of reducing fat in other areas as a part of the procedure.The only down side is if you want a significant large increase in size, you may have to consider a repeat procedure after a few months. With implants, a single surgery will give you what is desired.
Get your treatment done from a qualified plastic surgeon and you should have no reason to worry.

If it has not been that long since your surgery, you should wait and allow skin tightening to occur
