Saleena Zimri, MBChB

I have hereditary dark circles and went to see this lovely doctor after seeing her results on instagram.

She explained that filler wasn't going to help with any thin skin or pigment but that it would help to smooth out the hollowness under my eyes which made them appear darker and sunken.

I wasn't sure if this was going to really address the problem but I went ahead anyway and omg I just can't believe the difference.

I couldn't really explain fully what I didn't like about my under eyes but after the treatment I am just blown away about how different I feel about them even though they're not even obvious!

They are smoother and look lighter and my make up sits beautifully now.

I wish I had done this in my younger years and not lived with them for so long but I am just grateful to have found someone with so much experience in this delicate area!

I saw her again after 2 months for a little touch up to my left eye as she explained that this was my deeper side and wouldn't always match which I was fine about but I just wanted a bit more to balance and I was feeling greedy :-)))

Dr Zimri is amazing!! You are in safe hands! I had recent filler to jaw line/ marionettes. Dr Zimri is extremely knowledgable, skilled, and lovely as well. Highly recommend her!! I will not go anywhere else now! X

Great experience with Saleena at Skin Doctors, Leeds.
I've been using her services for a few tweaks incl filler and botox over the years and have been very happy.
I took the step of having a Silhouette Soft threadlift 4 months ago. I was quite nervous about the procedure and of course it was a considered cost too (not least, seeing some negative reviews of the procedure on this site).
i've waited a few months since i had the procedure to give an honest review as i believe it takes a while to see the end results and everything to settle down. Suffice to say, i've been incredible happy with how well it has lifted my jaw line and tightened and uplifted my cheeks too. I'm 50 yrs old, do look after myself and slim. So with the ageing process and having a naturally slim face, gravity begins to take it's hold. The procedure has made a huge difference and it's amazing what is really a quick and relatively pain free procedure. I had minor bruising and a little swelling but nothing that caused alarm and was easy to conceal.
I do very much recommend and the clinic as always provided excellent support afterwards.

Here's the photo after the procedure - couple of days later. You can see the slight swelling and the bruising but nothing major. Certainly nothing which could not be disguised with makeup. All in all, downtime was about a week but didnt stop me going out and about.

I’ve been searching & contemplating having tear trough treatment for over a year, ’m so glad I found Dr Saleena
I had so many questions, she listened to my concerns, she was very patient, she put me at ease and answered all my queries. Dr Saleena gave me the best advice for my case. Her work is very natural, She a true artist.
I will definitly recommened her for friends & family and will return to her for other treatments .

For years now ive been constantly told I look tried and had I slept okay? etc etc
Ive also had a horrible bump in my nose which ive always wanted surgery for but could never afford or felt too vain to have done.
I had a consultation with the doctor at skin doctor leeds which is in the UK initially just for nose as i had seen online it could be corrected with filler and was less expensive. While I was there we got talking about the eyes and she suggested a filler for the tear trough area. Anyway I decided to go with a treatment with a filler called Teosyal for the eyes and Radiesse in the nose to correct my bump.
I had LOTs of bruising under the eye for about a week. My nose was fine. After the downtime I couldnt believe the results! I looked sooo much better. My eyes looked less tired and my nose was looking slimmer and less bumpy!
I did have to go back for a small top up 2 weeks later which she didnt charge me for.
I cant believe I waited this long before having something like this.

I went for tear trough filler with dr saleena around 3 years ago and has been the worst experience for me from day one. I initially thought the price would be around 300-400 and was charged 750 on the day. Had the filler been performed well I wouldn’t of minded the price increase, however, I was left with a a Harry Potter style zig zag under my left eye that was really obvious in natural daylight.

I emailed and called regarding my concerns and was told I had to be put on a 4-5 month waiting list to even been seen? I contacted her directly on Instagram and was told I needed “further” treatment. I went for a second opinion from Dr nyla who had said the filler had been injected directly the eyebag and it will need to be dissolved.

I decided to wait it out for my body to naturally breakdown as I was informed dissolving actually interferes with your natural collagen production. I am over two years in and I still have one eye bag which is larger than the other and probably one of my biggest insecurities.

Dr. Zimiri said we're going to inject just a little bit. After finished price suddenly went from £250 to £350 saying tear trough is sensitive area and it should be £400 but we make discount for you. On top up session she injected dissolve instead of filler now I look exactly the same before I did filler excepet I paid £350 for it.
