After your 2 pregnancies, you have excess, loose abdominal skin with weakened abdominal muscles. Both of these issues would be addressed very nicely with an abdominoplasty. Laser will not work. From looking at your photo, it appears as though you have excess skin of your upper eyelids and some "fat pads" of your lower eyelids, therefore a great candidate for both upper and lower blepharoplasty. Whether you choose a board-certified plastic surgeon or oculoplastic surgeon, you need to be certain that you look at their before and after photos but more importantly you need to feel comfortable with your surgeon. Hi and thanks for your question. First, it usually takes several months before implants settle especially if placed behind the muscle (submuscular). Next, if you needed a lollipop breast lift (vertical mastopexy), initially your breasts will look quite "pointy" before everything settles and take a more rounded shape. You're still very early in the healing process. Hang in there and stay in touch with your surgeon.

The first time I met with Dr. Farruggio was 2 1/2 years ago when I finally decided to tackle the bump on my nose that has plagued me since my teens. I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Farruggio. It took me 2 years to do it bc I was nervous. Dr. Farruggio was patient and honest with me. My biggest fear wAs being to chesty or not big enough. I am still very swollen but I can already see that most of my stretch marks are gone, my scar is straight and very thin and that my belly button is cute! I will be removing my drains tomorrow and I will update then!! I am now 6 days Post Op and I am super happy with my recovery so far! I am usually very squeamish for pain but I cannot complain at all! I am still very hunched over and walking like a grandma but my pain has been very minimal and sometimes even none. The drains have been bothering me for the past 2 days and I have lots of back pain... But only when I am up and walking. Dr Farruggio did a great job, and I am pretty sure I will be super happy with my results! Updated on 5 May 2015: Took out those pesky drains today! They were killing me! No pain when they were removed. Just a very weird feeling! So glad they are out! I also took my first shower today. I am hoping to be able to sleep a lot better tonight. my doctor emailed me a picture of the skin he removed I will attach that here!! I will post before and after pictures later. Updated on 6 May 2015: Like i promised I will be posting today my before pictures. Updated on 6 May 2015: These are some pictures I took when I opened my CG to change my gauze pads.. =) Updated on 6 May 2015: This is now day 8 post op.. Day after having the drains removed. I am really swollen and I feel my incision is really high. I asked the doctor to make it lower for me a few times before the surgery. But forgot to ask him yesterday because there were so many questions =/ I really hope that after the swelling goes down that the incision will go down as well. Has anyone else experienced this? Does it go down? Other than that I am really happy with the outcome so far. It has a long way to go but I can already tell my incision is nice and thin.
