I have great respect for Dr. Asfa and his integrity. He is the only cosmetic surgeon who has, after careful analysis, told me I am not ready for a mini-lift or some other expensive, intensive procedure. I have consulted with some high profiled surgeons in the northern Virginia and they were all eager to do procedures even when I knew they were not needed yet. Dr. Asfa is a true professional and the surgeon I will trust when I need an extensive procedure in 2-3 years.
Dear Katt, Botox would fix some of the neck vertically oriented "bands"- . The is risk of asymmetric smiles by injecting Botox around the mouth. Fillers would be better choice.Best,Saied Asfa
Dear Joyful2015, In my opinion, you should go with minimum of 450 cc high profile silicone. (the size of 345 cc saline is like having 375 cc silicone.). You would get more upper fullness. By bringing the breasts little closer together, the nipples would be shifted towards lateral which would not be aesthetically in good shape!I agree with the incision under the breast. Good luck,.Saied Asfa
I am sorry about the situation!I think the scars also will get wider by time( looks like periareolar mastopexy/lift to me!). The implants shouldn't be that much different in size ! The implants have not settled completely yet either.I would recommend to have the revision with smaller and shaped implant( style 410 ) and reconstruct/ support the lower pole of breasts with Strattice . Thank you,Saied Asfa
