Full voluptuous cheeks are an asset not a liability.   Often times, one’s perception of full checks is the result of large cheek muscles (masseter muscles), excess cheek fat, a small chin, and flat jaw line.

As mentioned elsewhere, there are numerous ways to fix an endoscopic brow lift.  Sutures, bone tunnels, endotines, and screws.  I personally use Endotines because they are broad.  Suture fixation pulls and fixates one small area of the brow, while Endotines are wide and grab/secure more tissue.  In my hands, Endotines provide a more natural look and are relatively easy to use.  

It is a personal preference.

Yes your ears are different, but that is common.  Only you can answer if the time, cost, healing, risk of complications, and chance of still having asymmetry are worth it to YOU!

One of great things about a well performed otoplasty, is that what the surgeon gets on the table, is what you will end up with when the ear heals.  In my experience, a good representation of the final appearance will be evident around week 3 (most of the swelling is gone) after surgery.  At this point, the position of the ear and the contours should be relatively set.  If the surgeon tries to pull back a protruding ear with sutures rather than remove the cause of the protrusion, relapse can result.  This may be noticeable immediately, 3, 6, or 12 months after the surgery.

Prior to the procedure, ask to see multiple before and after photos.  Ask about experience!

There are certainly things that may be done, but much more information in needed.  Have you previously had an otoplasty?  What does the left ear look like? What are the measurements of the ear? This certainly isn't a "run of the mill" otoplasty.  Seek a surgeon with significant experience and ask to see multiple before and after photos.
