I have had 4 vanquish laser treatments on my abdomen, each treatment a week apart, and I'm AMAZED with the results from it. I lost 4.75 inches. The treatment was so easy and painless. I HIGHLY recommend this treatment for anyone who is looking for a fast, easy way to shed those unwanted inches that are hard to get rid of with just diet and exercise. It really works!!

I've been a patient of Dr. Forney's for several years and feel she is the best derm in Atlanta as she is equally (and highly) skilled in both medical and cosmetic dermatology. She carries top of the line products and staffs the most skilled RN/aesthetic/laser team to ensure her patients get the best and most well-rounded experience at her practice. I'm 31 and Dr. F created an anti-aging regimen back in my mid 20s to target cystic/hormonal acne, sun damage/melasma and prevent further aging. I'd known many women in their 50s and 60s who were patients of Dr. F and they all looked beautiful and very natural so her approach appealed to me. Over this past year, without noticing it, I'd stopped seeing Dr. F's team as regularly and my skin had notably changed for the worse - it was completely out of balance, seemed to be aging more quickly and the various products I tried didn't help at all. It wasn't until I came across some old photos that I realized how incredible my skin looked when I was regularly seeing Dr. F and her team. My complexion was clear, glowing and more youthful at age 29 than it had been in my early 20s! Needless to say, I've learned my lesson and have booked an appt to see her right away. In my opinion, Dr. Forney is the best doc to have in the fight against skin cancer and aging.

I couldn't be more pleased with the procedure. I had been interested in getting Botox for a while and I'm pleased with the results and would highly recommend Dermatology Affiliates to others. Beyond the treatment I was very impressed with the friendly staff and would consider seeing them for future dermatology needs

My dermatologist recommended Fraxel to remove my age spots (melasma) when hydroquinone did not work. Fraxel gave me a very modest improvement, not worth the money and certainly no better than dermabrasion. I had five treatments and there was very little discomfort.

I think Fraxel might work for some skin issues but it was not helpful to me.

Botox for light wrinkles. It was relatively painless and the doctor took great care in informing me what she was doing. The was very careful and had a caring attitude. She administered several shots into various wrinkled spots on my face. The pain was vary minimal and the procedure went fast. It only todo a few minutes and them she gave me ice packs so it would reduce the swelling.

I have been an employee with Dr. Forney for 9 years and I have always wanted to remove a tattoo that I got over 15 years ago. I did not like it anymore and wanted it gone quickly, but never treated it until now because the old laser we had in our office to remove tattoo's was painful and took a ton of treatments to remove a tattoo. I kept putting it off for years until Dr. Forney purchased the Picosure laser. I was so excited and could not wait to start my treatments. I have had 2 treatments so far and I am just blown away at how quickly my tattoo is disappearing! I probably will only need 2 more treatments done and with the old laser, I would have probably had to have 13 treatments. It's amazing and not painful at all. It feels like you are getting a tattoo, honestly. The aftercare is very simple, I just keep the area covered with a bandage and ointment and I have had zero problems with the healing part. I highly recommend this treatment if you have a tattoo that you no longer wish to have. The cost for my tattoo removal is $400 a treatment. The cost does vary depending on the size, location, number of treatments and age of the tattoo. I'm so excited and I can not wait to see the end results.
