Highly Skilled and Lovely Personality

Owens only does injections once a week now, but her placement is perfection. One of the best surgeons in Louisiana, but now partially retired. Owens is an artist, a painter actually, she creates a natural look, not L.A. ducks lips or overfilled faces.
