It is risky! Only two days after a procedure like liposuction and fat injection, the swelling is important, it is still painful and the cathabolic changes inside your body are very active...besides the tiphycal changes in the blood mass ...the red blood cells and the hemoglobin are still being affected two days later .

you have a mild ptosis of the breast , so an implant alone is not going to give you the upper pole fullness , you are looking for,..my recomendation is to have  high profile silicone gel round implants, combined with a breast lift to improve the breast ptosis, cutting the sagging skin on in the inferior pole.

i do usually recomend normal bath from 15 to 20 days after surgery,...giving the advice to do the first "showers" with some "sterilized" water, like the one in the drinking water jugs. But submerge into the jacuzzi will be better tomdomit after the 6th week post op.

following your photos , you have a modest amount of fat in the back, where a liposuction can be made and get some fat , but not enough to get a nice result in the BBL, besides that the abdomen area doesnt look that we can harvest a considerable amount of fat for the procedure, comsidering that only one year after your  liposuction will make the suction more difficult in that area.

Brazillian butt lift consists of transfer the fat tissue that is gotten out of your own body through a liposuction of the back, the waist and sometimes the abdomen too. A part of this transfered fat is going to be absorbed as a natural process( up to 40 to 50 porcent of it, one and a half to two months later is absorbed). This absortion is very less when the patient can be lying down on the bed on this stomach, kso that way, less pressure is done over the buttocks area, and the butt volume and projection will be less affected. That is the reason because you can have a better result when you have this procedure performed alone, and not combined with a tummy tuck. However , you could have a tummy tuck and a liposuction of the back and waist performed at the same time, remember i am talking about the injection of the fat into the buttocks area.
