Hi ladies ! I'm 29 years old , 5'5" about 125 pounds and have two kiddos 7 and almost 5 years old. I don't recall ever having perky breasts but I would say I always had large breast size 30DDD which was down to 28 D . My biggest challenge for years was that I never really fit in any bras without having my boobs spill out or move etc... finally I was able to find the best bras ever that helped me significantly but I still struggled with my self esteem especially at times of intimacy.I never took off my bra and overall created a big insecurity not only for myself but for my partner as well. Although he never complained about me I was just simply not comfortable with myself . Fast forward I spend years researching and watching tons of videos to where I would joke that I could assist a surgeon during breast surgery. I would leave a separate review for the first place I went to where they scammed me for my money and didn't do anything.But I found doctor Ruben Abrams a true gem in cosmetic surgery , he made everything so easy for me , always answered my calls , my emails and treated me well. Didn't have a forever waiting list and his price was totally fair. The day of surgery I felt like I was with family. I felt safe and taken care of. I recall opening my eyes in recovery room. I didn't feel a thing! Going to bathroom was a challenge but besides that all was fine.I am currently 1 day after surgery ( did breast lift yesterday morning ) am able to lift my arms , walk around. And above all I am so happy ! I went to the office today and dr Abrams showed me my breasts and wow they have never looked to good before!Ladies don't go with some doctor s that have tons of advertising. Dr Abrams mainly works with referrals and word of mouth.I have already referred him to my friends .. his tummy tucks also look amazing .. feel free to ask any question you ladies might have I am grateful for this community to have given m the courage to do this Updated on 16 Nov 2021: I have been having minor soreness. I only take Tylenol for pain and can easily tolerate not taking any pain meds . I have not been nauseated at all but I am constipated which is expected as a result of anesthesia. I just eat healthy foods rich with fiber and plenty of water to keep Hydrated. Dr. Abrams has been answering any questions , calls or emails I have sent him . I am so happy and couldn’t have made a better choice than to do this procedure with dr. Abrams . He truly cares for his patients and is talented . Updated on 18 Nov 2021: I have been able to raise my hand since the second I came out of anesthesia I have been so happy to have finally done this and my body looks amazing .. I took Tylenol for first 3 days for minimum pain and now don’t need it any more

I had done my breat implant 15 years ago, I was tired of big breast so I decided to remove my implants. I had some consultation with other doctors and they all said if I remove my implants I will have a flat chest. However doctor Abrams removed my implants and I am super happy with the result. I love love love my breasts and so happy with shape and size without implants. Doctor Abrams done magic for me.

Dr Abram is not only very professional but he is so kind and wonderful at explaining any concerns you have. I had a breast augmentation 375cc gel under the muscle. Now I've seen all of my friends breasts and many more..... NONE can compare to the amazing job Dr Abram did. My breasts are sooooooo natural both look and feel!!!! They are so soft and squidgy.... feel exactly the same as real ones! The shape is perfect I am truly shocked at my amazing results !! Dr Abram is trustworthy, professional and the best boob job around by none!

I had undergone breast enlargement surgery several years before I met Dr. Abrams. Through the years I had developed scar tissue formation related to my implants and my breasts had developed severe sagging and asymmetry. I got to know Dr. Abrams after my sister had a terrific result from a facelift and rhinoplasty that he did for her. We were so pleased with the outcome of my sister's surgery that I decided to ask Dr. Abrams to perform the extensive and complicated surgery that my breasts required which consisted of exchange of implants, full anchor breast lift revision, and correction of severe breast asymmetry. The result was quite satisfactory. Recovery was extremely easy and pain-free. All my problems were corrected and I healed with invisible scars. After my breast surgery I was so happy with the outcome that I decided to have Dr. Abrams do a tummy tuck on me as well. He patiently went through the details of the operation, what to expect, possible problems, and answered all of my questions. Then I was scheduled for the operation. The surgery went very smoothly, again I had a very easy recovery, and I am again quite happy with the outcome.

In the past 15 years, Dr. Abrams has done work on every single member of my immediate family (5 of us total) and many of our friends. He has done breast augmentations, nose jobs, tummy tucks, chin & cheek implants. His staff is also very professional and nice and his offices are very clean. We have all been very satisfied with his work and highly recommend him.

I cannot thank Dr. Abrams and his staff enough! I am so happy with my new nose I cannot put my excitement into words! I disliked my nose since I remember and was always looking for that perfect doctor by checking out any of my friends or relatives nose who got rhinoplasty! They either looked fake or they had trouble breathing! One of my friends had rhinoplasty with Dr. Abrams and she was so happy with the whole experience and best of all her nose looked amazing and natural and no trouble breathing! Decision made! The whole experience was extraordinary, the staff were so sweet and polite! The surgery went smoothly and I was home before noon! And I never had pain!!! I still don't understand how it is even possible! I never used any pain killer and just followed Dr.'s pre-op and post-op advise and I barely got any bruises. My nose looks amazing! It was the best thing I ever did to myself and I can't be any happier with the result! Nobody can tell I had a rhinoplasty, I breathe normal and got the confidence I needed! Dr. Abrams gave me a new look which I love and adore and I cannot thank him enough!

Dr. Ruben Abrams made this procedure an easy and amazing experience for me. This doctor is a true artist, he made me into a masterpiece. He is also the most patient and understanding doctor I have ever met. I am so pleased with my results, it truly made a difference in my confidence. I highly recommend this doctor.

I am in outside sales and meet clients; i had lost the experience of heads turning and getting 2nd looks. So i accepted this as a reality for about 12 years and a friend encouraged me to do something for myself. so pleased that i took that advice. the results are significant and i am very satisfied. it is very thought provoking the additional attention that you get when you look good.

The surgery itself went very smoothly with no complications! The recovery was even easier if you actually follow the doctor's orders. There is some moderate pain that must be endured after the surgery but it was absolute worth it and the pain is definitely tolerable when you know the benefits of the outcome!
