After spending 16 years reading up on the literature and watching all the vlogs, I decided to go for a mini boob job (170 cc). Dr. Semlacher and team made me feel confident in my decision. I really couldn’t be happier with the outcome. 10 out of 10 would do again!

Dr. Semlacher was very professional and personable. I will be honest, I had no idea the emotional ups and downs that came along with plastic surgery. I had breast fed 3 kids and always knew I was going to get a boob job. However, it was more of a rollercoaster than I ever imagined! Dr. Semlacher was there and took the time to care and helped coach me through more than just the physical appearance. I am truly grateful for having him as my surgeon.

Dr Semlacher did a flawless job on breast implants several years ago in California. When I was interested in a mini tummy tuck, I flew from California to Washington to have him do the surgery. It has been 1 year and I couldn't be happier!! He is the BEST cosmetic surgeon. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

I recently had my second breast augmentation preformed by Dr. Semlacher and again I am 100% satisfied. I originally had my first surgery in California and was a little nervous traveling to Seattle/Tacoma, WA for my second surgery. From the first interaction with Dr. Semlacher and his staff to post surgery, I was amazed how seamless they made the process. Dr. Semlacher and his medical staff Shellie and Rees were honestly amazing. I was provided a list of hotels that were discounted by Multicare which made my life worry free about where I would stay. Dr. Semlacher provided me specifics on my pre-op blood work and medication. I was amazed how easy it was when I gave the list to my local primary care physician and had everything done and ready to go the same day. If I had a question, his office immediately responded. They worked around my flight schedule so I didn't feel rushed. My entire experience could not have been any better. I brought my friend with me from California up to Seattle. She was also so amazed how everything went, she will be contacting Dr. Semlacher in the near future. In my opinion Dr. Semlacher is the best at breast augmentation. I have two other friends that had their breast surgeries done by him and both were 100% satisfied. I am a very particular person, extremely picky on appearance. My breasts are perfect. The size, shape and the fact that you cannot see where he opened my breasts are all perfect. I have seen some abnormal looking breasts after they have been enhanced and I was not taking any chance by going to a different surgeon to risk the chance of being botched. My original surgery was preformed on a Friday by Dr. Semlacher and I went back to work on a Monday. My 2nd surgery I went sight seeing in Seattle the very next day. Dr. Semlacher's office is directly across the street from the main hospital. The parking garage is connected to his office and the hospital. You don't have to go outside at all, everything is connected. I discontinued pain medication on day two. If I had to choose again to travel to another state for my surgery there would be no hesitation, yes I would. I really hope this helps ease anyone's mind about traveling to go see Dr. Semlacher. Tacoma is a beautiful city and about 30-40 minutes to Seattle. We actually checked out of our Tacoma hotel the day after my surgery and booked a hotel on Pike St in Seattle for our last day. I cannot thank Dr. Semlacher, Shellie, Rees and all the staff at Multicare that made me feel so comfortable.

Dr Semlacher does the most amazing breast augmentations ever! I wanted a natural full breast & not hard round plastic implant appearance you see so many other surgeons do. The time and effort he spent going over every detail with me and explaining why he recommends certain things helped me so much! I especially love that he was trying to save patients from future revisions or having to increase implant size later on due to premature aging & sagging of the tissue from choosing an implant that's too large. I really appreciated it! I've since had a baby and was able to successfully breastfeed for 15 months!!!! My breasts and implants still look great! My Ob Gyn and my lactation consultant are both in awe of his work and in awe that my incisions didn't interfere with my ducts. I've also had two other gf's who used Dr Semlacher and they were also able to successfully breastfeed later on. The man is a genius!

June 2016 I had a double mastectomy and reconstruction started at the same time. Unfortunately Dr. Semlacher wasn't my first reconstruction doctor. That doctor left me with results I wasn't even somewhat happy with and I did not want my final surgery to be with that doctor. I searched high and low hoping to find not only a new doctor that I would feel more confident and comfortable with, but one that would take on my case since I was only half finished. I thought I was good with my first choice, so I was extra picky the second time around. During my first meeting with Dr. Semlacher, it became very apparent that he was an honest doctor that tells it exactly how it is, good or bad. He explained in great detail how he would "fix" my breasts and what type (American made with a warranty!) and size of implants he would be using. No tubes needed, no fat grafting needed, and no more surgeries! All of which was the complete opposite of my first doctors approach. On the day of my surgery with Dr. Semlacher, I felt like a little kid at Christmas! I was so excited that I had a doctor I had 100% confidence in and I was going to be fixed with this one last surgery. Going home I felt so much less pain that I was expecting. I actually felt better than before the surgery! I had 4 post-op appointments with Dr. and he explained everything I needed to know in order to get my body back into shape and to ensure that my implants feel and act as natural as possible. I can finally look in a mirror again and smile instead of cry! There really are no words to express my gratitude to him and what he was able to do for me. He has an amazing gift and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing any kind of breast augmentation or reconstruction.
