It looks like your front teeth are touching before the back teeth are touching. It is impossible to troubleshoot jaw pains with a few photos online. You should see orthodontists to take comprehensive look at what is going on.

Your orthodontic treatment can be done by the Invisalign appliance or other type of clear aligners. Extraction cases are often more complex with clear aligners (Invisalign) not all orthodontists are comfortable to use this appliance.

The bottom line is if you want or don't want to have your teeth removed. Your case can be done without removing your teeth but the outcome will be different.

You might want to first think about that and go back to your consultations with more questions. You don't HAVE to take out teeth if you are OK with slight polishing between your teeth (IPR) and a fuller smile.

Starting with cleaning at a dental clinic then moving to teeth whitening strips or in-clinic whitening.

I hear same question most of the days that I see patients. It is really hard to move one tooth and not move the rest. The exception is when my patients had treatment and one tooth rotates a tiny bit and me move it back but they already been in orthodontic care before.

Orthodontic appliances come with to main flavors: fixed and removable. Clear aligner aka Invisalign is often a good choice for holding every thing and move one tooth but based on your photo it would be hard to move one tooth since we need to create space for that tooth.

Here are some resources that you can read to learn more options for you. Be aware of box orthodontics since there is a consumer alert on that from the American Association of Orthodontists.

Google porth.io and check my clinic webpage we have lots of usefull information that can help you.

Lots of orthodontists now offer limited treatment to improve your smile. Check a few of them in your local area.

Good luck

Yes you can. You would like to come with a comprehensive plan for your care where the location of the implant supported tooth is identified. Ideally you want to implant placed after you are done with your orthodontic care with (clear aligners like Invisalign appliance). You cannot move the implant with your teeth :D

Comparably Faster Treatment

I never had braces and it wasn't until I turned 35 when I started needing them. At 35 I didn't want to have obvious braces so I am so glad I found Dr. Rooz and his Porth Aligner treatment. His in-house aligners moved me along faster than what I would have gotten with a mail-in style aligners or Invisalign because he was able to switch up my trays on the fly in response to how my teeth were tracking. Also, because his treatment involved weekly (vs. bi-weekly) trays- I likely experienced much less sensitivity than I would have otherwise, with more incremental changes. I once threw my aligners in a bon fire (you cant make these things up) and Dr. Rooz was able to make me new aligners the very next day. Overall fantastic experience and would highly recommend.

Absolutely Recommend Dr. Rooz and His Porth Aligner Treatment!

Dr. Rooz treated me with his exclusive Porth Aligners (similar to Invisalign). I would absolutely recommend him and the Porth Aligners to anyone in the market for orthodontic treatment. He was always very thoughtful in his approach and gave me tips for how to work clear aligners into my lifestyle. As my treatment progressed (surprisingly quickly) he shared that joy with me. I felt as though I had all the support in the world from him and his team. Dr. Rooz personally answered my emails within minutes on several occasions, other times his team would be the ones to respond very fast either by text or email.

Modern Orthodontics Done with a Personal Touch

Not many people get second chances after orthodontic relapse but I want to thank Dr. Khosravi and everyone at Porth for making this dream a reality. When I first started my treatment with Dr. Rooz I expressed my desire to have my new smile ready for my wedding. He assured me that together we would make all the personalized adjustments I wanted and we would finish in time. What was cool for me as a dental student was that I got a firsthand view of the latest in digital orthodontics and 3D technologies so I could see and understand how we were going to go from Point A (my relapsed crowded smile) to Point B (my NEW smile). I couldn't be happier with the final result, it was even better than what I imagined!
