I'm a thin, petite girl but I had very large stomachs during my pregnancy. I was left with a pouch that no matter how many crunches and sit-ups i did that my stomach would not go back to normal. I can't begin to say how much of a difference this has made me feel!
The results have been amazing! Now that most of the swelling has gone done by 85-90%, WOW what a difference! My pants do not fit me in my stomach area. I have lost some weight in this process. But the anxiety level has risen as well. So I have put myself on a restriction of unhealthy foods. I eat brown rice, chicken and drink lots of water.
All I can say is the storm finally passed through! :)
