Your veins will get worse while you are pregnant and they may cause a lot of discomfort during the pregnancy. If you get the veins treated before you get pregnant it can help with symptoms and the risk of developing phlebitis (superficial clot) or more discoloration in the legs. If you do you have vein treatment prior to your pregnancy you will probably need follow up treatment because you may develop new veins while pregnant.
Staining after sclerotherapy will continue to improve over time but dark stains can take over two years to lighten significantly. There are several lasers than can help. A q-switch laser shoots a very fast blast of laser light into the pigment breaking it up so the body can clear the treated area. The newer pico switch lasers are also claiming seccess wit hemosiderin stains. Fractional ablation if you can get it deep enough will also result in some improvement. Ask your local physician if any of these things are available.
Yes you can have both the same day. It is important to know that Botox is very sensitive to heat. If you were to get the Botox injection around your eyes and then get it too hot the molecules of Botox could get cooked. This would make them ineffective. Wait at least a week after the Botox injection to have a Fraxal treatment. .....or....... simply get the Botox immediately after the Fraxal the same day. That should be fine. Massage of the Botox with the Fraxal could push it into areas you don't want it causing an eyelid drooping.
Your nasolabial folds are quite deep. Filling them with any filler is not going to flatten out the fold without bunching up the skin if it is put directly into or under the fold. Injecting the material below your eyes will lift the skin and improve the lines somewhat. A lower face lift with sutures could be the next step and would support your cheeks for perhaps 18 months to 2 years. An office face lift of the 'Lifestyle' kind would be more aggressive and last longer. The Company that promotes'Lifestyle Lifts' has closed it's doors however. Lumps like yours improve with time and are more common with larger volume used.
Be careful with Botox here if your goal is to 'lift' your eyebrows. Botox relaxes the muscles wherever it is used. If it is placed between the eyebrow the result is to slightly lower the area. Most of the time you can see a slight lift with a small amount of botox placed in the center of each brow but this is not dramatic.
