Over a year now and there are more asymmetry then before it seems. I had some breathing problems so he said I had a deviated septum. I want to tip to be more cute and refined. Instead my septum is choppy and not straight. My tip looks wider at the tip down turned. I wanted that to be fixed. Updated on 1 Jul 2021: I was unhappy at first not heart broken but as time passed I'm seeing I was to hasty I should have given the doctor more credit and done the revision. He's such a sweet man, not greedy at all. He truly cares about his patients and their happiness.
Dr. Escudero is a true expert in every sense of the word. His understanding of form and function, his excellent communication, promptness, and overall superior skills as a top notch surgeon make him a true master of his craft. Both my husband and I have had surgery with Dr. Escudero, and it is hard to overstate his excellence. We wish he specialized in all areas of medicine, as there is no one we trust more with our health or aesthetic goals. His professionalism and skill are unsurpassed.
I had a great experience with Dr. Escuedero, i was always kept in the loop as to what was going on before, during and after my Rhino/Septoplasty. My only complaint is that my nose has become slightly crooked in the past year, which was the reason i got the surgery to begin with. Could be my natural bone growth pattern, though.
From our first consultation, Dr. Escudero was on point. Put me at ease with his sense of humor and professionalism. He was honest about how I shouldn't just do the tip but revise my bump in my nose as well as my septum. His offices are clean and professional. First impression you get a sense he knows what he is doing! Shelly who runs the office is super sweet and puts you at ease as well. I am happy I went to Dr. Escudero.
I would recommend following up with your doctor. In most cases you should not have significant swelling 6 months after the removal of a chin implant.
It can take up to a full year for the swelling from a Septorhinoplasty, especially at the tip, to completely go away and for the patient to achieve the desired results. Give yourself a few more months before you start to make any decisions.
