I must say that I was very nervous in taking my journey to have a number of procedures done; however, it went smoothly and Dr Ronachai’s right-hand person, Ann, anticipated and resolved all of my concerns. The results of the surgery were spectacularly wonderful, and I definitely have no regrets in flying to Bangkok to be under the care of Dr Ronachai and his team at Naravee. The post-op care team were on the ball and were very kind. Dr Ronachai is not only a gifted surgeon but also a compassionate artist, who ensure that I was well-taken care, recovering well, and I was getting the best result from the procedures.

Naravee was recommended by a friend who had previously visited Naravee. I was abit nervous at first, as it was overseas and in a foreign country. However, from the first email exchange to now (2weeks post surgery), Naravee and its staff have been very professional, extremely accommodating, and I'm extremely happy and pleased with the entire process.
Ann is a super star! She coordinated the consultations and surgery. She was very patient with me (I
asked alot of questions) and she's very experienced/knowledgeable aswell. She guided me through what I should expect at each stage of the surgery. She gave me a list of things I should do/take pre and post surgery. It really helped calmed my nerves as this was my first time undertaking any type of surgery.
Dr Ronachai is amazing aswell! He is very experienced! I had difficulty deciding how big I should go and what brand to go with. I'm a size A and wanted to have fuller breasts but I was super worried about possible complications with going with a size 'too big' for my build. Dr Ronachai was super helpful in explaining and providing recommendations. I ended up going with 340cc (Motivia Ergomomix) and super pleased with the results so far.
My surgery went really well and i think the main factors was (1) the years of experience and professionalism of the doctors and staff and (2) the pre/post after care support provided. Surgery can be an intense experience both physically and mentally but the support provided by Naravee has been amazing! I would recommend Dr Ronachai and Naravee to anyone thinking of having this type of surgery!

From the intake until aftercare I was happy with all the staff from Naravee clinic. They explained very well the procedure and price. No surprises here. The doctor is very professional and assisted by Ann who is like your personal assistant for questions and follow up. After one month I can say that I am very happy with the result after a complicated nose chirgury.

I had decided to go with a breast fat transfer procedure, as I do not like the look of implants, and preferred a natural shape. I was an 32AA cup, with almost no breast tissue on the top. I had realistic expectations, as I was not expecting to be any bigger than an A cup, and I am ok with that. I just basically wanted more fullness. I don't even think they made bras for my size. So I wanted to be able to at least fit into an A cup. Those are quite low expectations I believe. I used to be about a 32A, but lost so much body fat through working out.
I met with Ann and Dr Ronachai Komthong for a consultation. Ann was very helpful and answered pretty much all of my questions. I met with the doctor, and he was quite busy, so we just had about 20 minutes to talk. His English was fair. I was glad that Ann was there, as her English is very good, and she was able to answer my more detailed questions in more depth. I don't think I would have made the decision to go ahead with the surgery if I did not have that full hour or more of having all of my questions answered about the outcome of the surgery.
I was also turned down by at least 3 other surgeons for this procedure, as I was told that I did not have enough body fat. At another consultation, I was told that I would only be able to harvest 50ccs, which I agree would be nothing - especially since you can only keep 50-70% of that fat. Dr Ronachai quoted me 150ccs of possible fat being harvested, which I then was considering the procedure.
It has been one full week since the procedure, and I am still in the healing process. The doctor was able to harvest about 130ccs of fat on my day of surgery. I will keep you updated with the healing process, and write more about the first week of healing in another post.

My first time here was for an eye revision surgery with Doctor Ronachai. The results were so great and he was so professional, I came back for my chin revision surgery because I was not happy with the results of the previous surgeon. I arrived earlier than my husband so I was all alone but the staff has been very great and helpful, things went very smoothly. Doctor R is a very experienced and kind plastic surgeon, you can only expect top results with him!

For many years I have always hated my side profile as I have had a double chin for as long as I can remember so I decided it was finally time to get liposuction. I chose the Naravee Aesthetic Clinic in Bangkok, Thailand after reading reviews online about how great Dr Ronnachai Komthong is. I was extremely nervous on the day of the procedure (14 November) but all of the staff were extremely professional and friendly and helped me feel at ease and literally held my hand throughout the whole procedure. Nurse Toni especially was really helpful and talked me through the whole procedure. The procedure itself was just uncomfortable but did not really hurt. I am really happy with my results thus far and hoping that they continue to improve as time goes on. Thank you so much Dr Ronnachai and all staff at Naravee, highly recommend!

If I can just give them 6/5 stars, I will! The staff are the very supportive, specially Toni. He made sure I am comfortable and properly informed about the whole process. Even after surgery, they are still accommodating and taking care of you. They are knowledgeable about their work. I am advising anybody who is interested in the process to go to this clinic. Worth the money.
