I got my surgery done on 06/21/21 and I have posted videos and pictures of what my breast looked before my breast augmentation. I was a 38B and I got a 550cc High profile implant. I didn't get a breast lift done since I don't have children. Updated on 27 Jun 2021: Hello everyone I wanted to make this review because I got my breast augmentation done on 06/21/2021 in Houston TX with Dr. Rojan Amjadi. I always wanted to get a breast augmentation ever since I was in high school when I noticed that my breast didn't change. I'm 5'7 I weight 166 lbs and I was a 38B before my breast augmentation. I had my first BA consultation 4 months ago and met with Dr. Amjadi.We talked about my goals and how I wanted to go big. First because of my measurements and height the doctor suggested 500 cc, but I wanted 550 cc. Since I've heard it's best go one size up from what's suggested to you. I also suggested 600 cc and Dr. Amjadi said that 600 cc is a heavy implant and due to my measurements he wasn't sure if it's be good for me, and that later I could have back problems/neck problems (honestly one week after my surgery I feel upper back pain). Updated on 27 Jun 2021: Here is a better picture of what my 38B breast used to look like before surgery. All deflated and for my height I didn’t feel like they were enough. Since I have wide shoulders and a wide back…. :/. Now I’ll update pictures after my surgery soon. Updated on 30 Jun 2021: Hello, These pictures were taken one day after my BA surgery. When I first saw my breast I was freaking out because my breast looked like torpedoes, and my breast felt so tight!! Dr. Rojan Amjadi and his nurse assured me this was part of the process of having a Breast Augmentation. My revision with Dr. Rojan Amjadi was a good one. I also have to give credit to the wonderful ladies working in his office. They have made me feel very comfortable, and have answered all my questions when needed. Thank you ladies Updated on 20 Jul 2021: Updated on 20 Jul 2021: This picture was taken FOUR days AFTER my surgery date. NO my breast don't look like this anymore. The implants have been dropping nicely and I’m less swollen every week. I just wanted to share this picture with anyone who has or will get their Breast Augmentation done that this process is a long one. Also, things go by stages and you must be patient. Again, my surgery was 4 weeks ago and my breast don’t look like this anymore. I will keep everyone posted.

8 days post op and already loving my results.I had breast augmentation and tummy tuck.From my first appointment with Dr Amjadi I knew I was ready for this journey .He gave me advice on my implants size and I'm so glad I listened to him.I would definitely recommend him to anyone who's looking to get something done.Also the girls working there are super friendly and made me so comfortable.So overall my experience was great. Updated on 22 Jun 2020: this are my before surgery pics..I was 165 lbs and I'm 5'1.Im going to get my drains out tomorrow morning and ill post an update. I started standing up straight yesterday and my back feels so much better Updated on 29 Mar 2021: 9 months post op...im still using my faja for at least 4 to 6 hrs a day..I still get swollen on the top part of my abdomen. Thinking about getting lipo done around my waist and back I exercise 3 to 4 days a week and I'm always watching what I eat because I get swollen or bloated very easy..it's the only thing I don't like I love my boobs..they are very Natural looking.my bra size is 36 D or DD depending on the bra type No scarring around belly button,which I love.My doctor did an amazing job on my belly button.Ive seen others with a scar all around them. So far happy with results but we need to remember that we still have to work hard to maintain the results.

This doctor is amazing! He not only worked on me, but on my mother as well. I got lipo and a fat transfer to my buttocks when I was 34. A year and a half later and his work remains. He is understanding and honest. He tells you what he can do and he delivers. My mother got a tummy tuck two years ago and her stomach looks great! She recently had lipo for a fat transfer to her buttocks. She had little fat and the doctor advised her against the procedure, he said she didn't have enough fat. My stubborn mother said "I believe in you doctor and know you will do great work!" Sure enough, he did his best and his best is stunning. My mother now has a great stomach and a cute full butt at the age of 55. I highly recommend this doctor to anyone who asks. You will not regret going with Dr. Amjadi. I have been a member of RealSelf for over 2 years and realized that not reviewing Dr. Amjadi is selfish. Others should know the wonderful work this man does! Best of luck to you!

I had my BBL yesterday in Houston. I was expecting to be in pain and I'm completely surprised how I'm doing well. Feels like I have fire on my hips but nothing too bad. I have taken one Tylenol 3 since yesterday. I am able to move around but do lay on my stomach. Not wanting to take any chances. From what I can see my new butt looks better than expected. Dr. Amjadi already told me I had very little fat since I had a tummy tuck and an arm lift before. He used all the fat from my back and my abdomen and inner thighs. I'm not a skinny lady so thought I had plenty for my butt but apparently I didn't have the "good fat" that will stick long term. I am swollen of course but hope my butt still remains this way. I finally have a CURVE on my but!!! Can't wait to start trying on clothes and finally looking feminine and not hiding.

Dr. Amjadi is an exceptional surgeon! My experience with Dr. Amjadi exceeded my expectations. I work in the medical field and I was impressed at the level of professionalism that Dr. Amjadi and his staff have. The doctor is very caring and knowledgeable . He made me feel like I was in safe hands. He is an artist. My breast look amazing! I would highly recommend Dr. Amjadi to anyone seeking cosmetic surgery.

I like how Dr. Amjadi takes his time to explain the procedure. I had already researched the surgery online but I still had a few questions. Even if you don't have your surgery with Dr. Amjadi go in and talk to him, he really knows his stuff. My surgery took longer than expected to heal, but on my follow-up he assured me everything would be OK. My surgery healed and I am extremely happy with the results. Great doctor! 10/10

I was concerned with the end result looking unnatural. I have heard a lot of these procedures going wrong and was skeptical about going ahead. I took a leap of faith and lo, I just love the way I look now! Thank you doctor for your guidance and the perfect surgery. I would be keen to recommend others

I got my surgery done four months ago, even though it was very painful it was WORTH IT. I feel more comfortable with my body and I can finally wear anything I want. I was so nervous I just remembering closing my eyes and opening my eyes the second after and the doctor was done with the procedure. Don't feel anything until after just like any other surgery.

I got a breast augmentation and liposuction.I am very pleased and satisfied with the results.I would not change Dr.Amjadi for anything.He is a great doctor never had a problem.Always on time and is always in a good mood.This was an awesome experience and I would really go back if I need anything done. Updated on 22 Aug 2015: I got the surgery because I had small breast.I was a 34 a.I am now a 36 c. If you are interested in doing them you should I really recommend Dr.Amjadi. The recovery was fast and it did not hurt at all.The Dr.was always attentive and willing to answer any questions you have. There is always risk like any surgery.The staff at the hospital took great care of me and even when I woke up in the recovery room .The process took about 3 hrs. I was a little sore but I took my pain killers and I was great.If anyone wants to do it just follow instructions and make sure you do everything the Dr. tells you.
