I randomly picked up my search again after another sinus infection and found Origins Plastic Surgery and Dr. Joshi. What stood out for me compared to all the other Houston area surgeons in his field was his background from Princeton, Johns Hopkins, Columbia, and Cornell and although I wasn’t recovering from a car accident, he specializes in not just plastic surgery but reconstructive procedures as well. Dr. Joshi and his team took great care to answer all of my questions and concerns throughout the process and for my particular case, it took 3 months before I had my procedure. During this time, Dr. Joshi and team kept in touch with me to be sure I was prepared. I was in surgery for 8 hours and I Dr. Joshi was there after I woke up. The after care was world class; I had no complications or complaints. Any concerns I had, I just reached out to the office and either I was in the office that day or I received a phone call to walk me through what I was experiencing. ...read moreSO GRATEFUL FOR MY NEW NOSE. I came to Dr Joshi with a nose that didn’t fit my face, and that also made breathing very difficult. I had a deviated septum and my nasal cavities were collapsed. It was not an easy fix, as an ENT and a plastic surgeon, he was able to improve my breathing by incredible numbers, and also give me a nose that fit my face and made me feel beautiful. I love how he prioritized the functionality of my breathing, and then focused on the aesthetic of my nose. He also made sure my nose was ethnically correct. It was the quickest healing journey I have ever seen with very minimal bruising. I am 4 months post-op and am loving my nose more and more!
