Just Fantastic, Highly Recommend.
Outstanding service from start to finish. Dr Rodrigo and his fantastic team were just brilliant. I had an upper blep in November 2025, the results are great, with no pain whatsoever. I chose Dr Rodrigo as I felt the whole experience from the start to be highly professional and caring. The aftercare was also very reassuring and consistent. I loved the whole time dealing with such amazing people.

Amazing A+!
I spent months researching surgeons after a disappointing experience with my breast augmentation nine years ago. My previous surgeon didn’t listen to what I wanted and chose implants that were far too large for my frame. I opted for explant with lift as well as upper blephoplasty. From my very first consultation, Dr. Rodrigo and his entire team exceeded every expectation. Traveling from Florida to Mexico for surgery was nerve-racking, but Dr. Rodrigo immediately put me at ease.

I highly recommend Dr Rodrigo Domínguez Millan’s practice. Him and all his team made every step of the process an easy and enjoyable experience. All my needs were met through the entire pre and post op, in a respectfully manner and on time. Him and his team speak English so the communication was always clear. Finally I would like to express how much I appreciate his practice for being kind, professional and showing interest in my procedure, I never felt stressed, rushed or

An Artist with the Human Body!
As a RN my main concern was safety, especially traveling from the US to Mexico. I did extensive research on various doctors and Dr. Rodrigo met my checklist. I am only 2 weeks post-op but I am already floored with the results. Dr. Rodrigo is an artist with the human body. My case was a bit tricky since it was mainly to fix a botched tummy tuck and breast lift. Going into it as a second surgery was a bit nerve racking but Dr. Rodrigo and his staff made me feel at ease. Safe and Amazing Experience in Liposuction
I always wanted a discrete and natural arm and abdomen liposuction. After looking for several options for liposuction, I found Dr. Rodrigo. His kindness, honesty and clear explanations on the procedure made me take the best decision. From the virtual consultation to the presurgical appointments in Mexico City he explained to me every detail and answered clearly all the questions I had around the procedure, making me feel safe and very comfortable. His staff was very helpful

20/10 Experience!
I had a truly exceptional experience working with Dr. Rodrigo Dominguez-Millan. After lots of research, I decided to take the step to move forwards with chin liposuction. For me, based on my starting point, the difference was not going to be a big one, however, it has made a big difference in my overall confidence. Dr. Rodrigo was very knowledgeable and clear with expectations around the surgery. It’s clear that he operates from a place of honesty - wanting the best result

The Best Experience, with the Best Team !
Since the first appointment with Dr. Rodrigo I knew I was with the the best option in Liposuction and Breast augmentation in Mexico City. He took the actual time to answer all my questions and concerns, so I had no doubts of realizing my breast augmentation with him. I did not like the original size of my breasts, and Dr. Rodrigo managed to make an amazing job showing me an actual 3-D simulation of my own body during my virtual consult before the procedure. I asked for a discrete

I felt safe, understood and accompanied throughout the process
I had an amazing experience with Dr Rodrigo, he was the 3rd Dr i saw before getting my implants and his treatment and the way he understood my needs and my body made me decide to get the surgery. I felt safe, understood and accompanied throughout the process and the post op. Im more than happy with my results, felt like the implants were a part of me my whole life. I recommend him 100% and if i ever have another surgery he’s the only Dr i would do it with.

Amazing Medical Tourism Experience in Cancun
I asked for an arm lipo, he performed in a very professional and human way. I wanted to get this done in Cancun, and with his medical tourism team this was possible. The covid protocols were very strict and that made me feel safe in that way too. I really loved the results of my procedure. Happy to recommend 100%.
