Years ago I had a complete facelift by Dr. Cooper, and to this day I still receive compliments about how "young" I look. I have never had any touch-ups or other procedures done to my face. In fact, my ENT surgeon in Baltimore recently told me that my plastic surgeon [Dr. Cooper] did a fantastic job. [A surprising comment from the ENT.] He was amazed that the work was done over 13 years ago! [and my family still doesn't have a clue - lol]
I had several surgeries with Doctor cooper and every one I felt that a family member was taking care me but it was Doctor Cooper. He has the best bed manners , he know to listen and pay attention to his patients. He knows to do his art. He is and artis with a women body. And an upper eyelid surgery have it done by him worst every dollar.
I am a triathlete. I just finished an ironman in 11 hours 2 min in Louisville on August 25th, so I'm fit, athletic and happy with my body. Also happy with my implants as far as how they look.... However, being so active, I just want to be more lean and the boobs just have to go!!! I'm not tiny or huge, 5'7, 135 lbs with 300cc implants. So they are normal size for my body, but I really want to be an A. I know, weird!! I nursed both my girls for over a year and had terrible national geographic boobs! I chose the least surgery for the best result to restore mass. Thus, choosing implants over a lift 5 years ago. As my life has moved on, I decided to go back for the lift and remove the implants. I also am in the best shape ill probably ever be in and still have a pouch of skin/fat above my c section scar. After a hysterectomy in nov 2012, the pouch was even worse.... So while in the OR, might as well get ride of that too!!!! So on September 4th I had implant removal with mastopexy with mini tummy tuck. Day 0-3 stayed in the surgical pavilion instead of going home alone to hotel room. (traveled alone to FL to have surgery from CT, cheaper and I like doctor) was very happy with choice to stay in the care of RN to help me. I was up and moving on day 1. Needed a little help figuring out how to deal with the drain from mini tt. Day 3 drove to hotel and layer low. Took pain meds and sleeping pills but pain level was only 4 tops. Day 4-5- I'm out shopping, gong to movies, got a facial. No pain meds needed. Just an art form to hide this dame drain!!!!! I go to doc Wednesday to remove drain, stitches and then get to fly home on day 7!!!!!! Ill post pics after my postop appointment ......but I can't tell you right now, I AM THRILLED!!!! I love already hoe my shirts fit with small boobs. Totally makes me look 10lbs less!!!!! Updated on 10 Sep 2013: Tomorrow will be day 7. I fly home finally!!! Had my drain removed today as well as a few stitches. All painless. I had my STERI strips removed with fresh ones put back on. Everything looks amazing and I couldn't be more thrilled!!! Only slight bruising on one breast and incisions look great! I am taking no pain meds. I am tender to touch on my breats and abdomen but am walking around with a hop in my step and feel great!!! Updated on 10 Sep 2013: I forgot to add that it looks like I lost 20 lbs just from the implant removal!!!! It's so amazing!!!!

I recently had a facelift along with a breast augmentation at age 60. I am so happy with my result! I look natural and not pulled like I see so many people after facelifts. My breast are full and perky again. Not only am I thrilled but my husband says I seem so much happier. How could I not be happier when I look at myself in the mirror and like what I see now.
I also have to say that I had 4 lid blepharoplasty (my eyes "done" and they are absolutely spectacular!
He literally ruined my life. I was referred to him by a friend. Going into his office he was professional, confident and showed me 3D simulation of what my boobs would look like with implants. Even had me stuff rice in bags to put in my bra to see if I was ok with how big they will feel. His staff handed me a book of instructions, not going over anything with me. The day of surgery he was a completely different person, yelled at me for not having my prescriptions on me but never advised to bring them into office before surgery. In the instructions all it said was that I would need to take the prescription same day of surgery. Not only that but, He did not fit the implants to the anatomy of my body. My nipples size increased 3x bigger than its normal size, stretch marks now visible from my nipples stretched on entire boob. The ripples in my implants show... without flexing!!!! They were not placed in the right pockets of my chest, my boobs literally hang under my arm pits and I look flat in the middle of my chest. Not only that, but my boobs look oval, not round. My nipples protrude out. You can see my genuine breast tissue on top of the implant. He pretty much did surgery that shows a boob on top of a boob. They have caused me embarrassment, pain, time and money. These implants prevent me from doing simple tasks or daily activities. I can’t even fit them accurately into any clothing because of how deformed they look. I have been stuck with these implants for 4 years now and had reconstructive breast revision surgery with Dr. Ackerman in Newport Beach, CA. STAY AWAY FROM DR COOPER HE IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
I had a lift done with Dr. Robert Cooper, I had issues from the beginning, I was in constant discomfort, I had dents, and lots of bumps down one side of my cheek, toward my ear, into my neck, I complained to him that it looked bad and felt bad. During this time, no one not one person said it looked good, everyone said I should have never touched my face to begin with. This made me sad, but worse was the constant discomfort on one side of my face. Updated on 10 Feb 2013: What I have learned about this experience, is that there ARE good docs out there willing to help me. Out of 4 revision consults 3 are willing to redo it one is a little leary I guess because he said "he had no idea what Cooper did in there" referring to bumps all under one side of my face into neck......I am deciding now on who and when to do this surgery beause as much as I know I need to do it, it's almost like I have post traumatic stress disorder from this entire experience.......
Venus Freeze is combined, Synergistic Multi-polar Radio-frequency and Pulsed Magnetic Fields in the Non-Invasive Treatment of Skin Laxity and Body Contouring. The history of success for Thermage, another radio-frequency skin tightening technology has not been good. I will not offer this technology to my patients until more long term results confirm that this technology is worth the cost of the treatments. You may remember that about 8 to 9 years ago we were are flooded with ads for a $130 cream that dramatically reduced cellulite of the legs. The phones in our office lit up for months. The cream never worked and has not been promoted for years. Always be cautious when the practitioner needs to "manage patient's expectations."
If your surgeon feels you're not yet ready for a facelift, and you want to address peri-oral skin laxity you may be a candidate for peri-oral laser resurfacing. Those with fairer skin and fine lines are often good candidates for LR (Laser Resurfacing). LR is not recommended for dark or olive skin types. You should also stop all topical retinals (Reine A, Roc) for at least two weeks prior to laser resurfacing as these can lead to hyperpigmentation and mottled skin after LR. IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) or BBL (Sciton- Broad Band Light) are well suited to dealing with age spots but often require several treatments and should be followed up with topical skin bleaches and sun block.
