Office review: Booked with Someone else Due to Horrible Experience

I had implants done by him in 2011 and started to feel like i was having complications now. His old office got rid of my records and he did not have them. They seemed to be pushing me off since august and it is almost novmeber. I had seen other surgeons who all said, and even they said they needed to be removed bc they were teardrop textured implants which have been taken off the market and some recalled. Spent no time with him no communication or very little and finally when they felt they had to see me again because I forced their hand the PA was beyond rude to me and said "its not like this will make you feel better you know that right" and I said no I dont my blood work all came back negative so it might. They then said they would get me dates and pricing for hospitals and never did. From August to Mid October is ridiculous. Poor communication and staff attitude towards patience is something i would avoid. I have had a better experience at literally every other surgeons office I went to regardless if I decided to get the procedure with them or not. The staff alone is enough reason to stay away but if you disagree with them or question them they will say you are lying or difficult( this is what I have seen how they have responded to other negative revfiews - how can you say someone is lying about being unhappy with service or timeline or results) West experience every go to anyone else besides him. They even tried to blame me and say it was me which if that is the case then it must be me and a ton of other doctors ( primary care, GI, Endo, cardiologist, rheumatologist and other surgeons who say it is a posibility due to the type of implant he used and the negative results from the blood work - but we are all wrong and they are the only ones right SMH - No wonder they told me not to tell the old practice the records were for him - I thought that was originally shady i should have taken that red flag and ran instead of wasting my time! Dr Koch and staff go ahead and say I am incorrect and lying I can post emails next if you want where nothing has been explained ever and it was even told to me that he received and reviewed my blood work but when i came in he said he had not reviewed them yet and i was kept waiting 2 hours for a 10 min meeting - I have stuff written down as well the story kept changing - but yea myself and all these other doctors are wrong and lying and you are the only people right!
