Dr goldman has given me beautiful breasts that look like I've just had an augmentation. The scars are minimal and I have full round perky breasts. Breasts I've never had. What I had were big breasts and after 4 children I constantly strapped them down anand hid them. He has restored my confidence. A miracle worker
From start to finish Dr Goldman was brilliant to deal with. He provided all the information I could ask for and was available for any questions and concerns every step of the way. He’s down to earth and I felt at ease immediately dealing with our consults, even from 1600kms away! At times the process feels rushed and he’s not always slow to explain details, but he is a doctor who knows what he is doing and does his job well! I am so thrilled to look normal for the first time in years, and so excited to finish healing. But I couldn’t be more pleased to have chosen Dr Goldman to perform my tt, and would recommend to anyone who is looking for an experienced and professional (yet incredibly personable) surgeon.
A little worried as I couldn’t really find much information about this size of implant. Second BA is in 3 days, super excited! I’m 5’5 and roughly around 54kgs. And 24yrs. My last implants, 6 years old started giving me grief, when i tense and work out. Time for bigger and better. Side on (will attach) can see where my natural breast somehow, somewhat over hangs my implants, before first BA I was a 10C cup. So practically under muscular has somewhat made them also go side ways, no clevrage unless in a bra, with 500cc it brought me up to a 10E Updated on 26 May 2020: So here’s a update on going from 500cc under the muscles to 1050cc over. Motiva round implants. Done in Perth WA Robert Goldman. They have dropped and fluffed out, they feel amazing and bouncy! I haven’t had any dramas with them, I don’t have any discomfort with my back. The only drama I do have is finding bras and dresses to fit my size 6 body lol Updated on 1 Jun 2020: I'd like to add to me review that I had previously breast fed two babies prior to my breast augmentations. I'm so happy with the way they have fluffed and dropped, they are soft. I haven't had any discomfort. I really love them! Best decision I've ever made.
I thought I would share my experience with any ladies out there looking to get Labiaplasty. I have always hated my lady parts and been very self conscious about it. I started looking into Labiaplasty when I was 21. I decided to go to Thailand to get the procedure done and also get veneers at the same time. It cost $500 back in 2010 and it was performed under local anesthetic so I was awake for the whole procedure. Once the procedure was over they gave me a stack of pills to take and off I was in a taxi on the way back to the hotel... you couldnt wipe the smile off my face! The first night I was in so much pain they forgot to tell me to put ice on the area and I was in tears calling the hospital. The next day was fine and I was up and about within 24hours. There was a huge improvement with the labia but over the years I still thought more could be done and taken away. I started doing my research in Perth and I came across some reviews about Dr Robert Goldman. I had a consultation with him and he explained everything in detail... he even said it was an option to get a clitoral hood reduction but I could just decide on the day if I wanted to get that done. I went though a company called Supercare and they talked me through how to get this procedure paid out of my super I COULDNT BELIEVE IT!!! There was no way I could come up with around $7k! Once I received the funds I booked in the surgery and everything was set. My health insurance covered my day surgery and everything went very smoothly. As I was wheeled into surgery Dr Robert Goldman came to see me to make sure I was ok and answer any last minute questions. I was put to sleep the surgery was done and I woke up in the waiting room. I had a large pad inserted between my legs and the nurses helped me go to the toilet. I was a little worried as I was bleeding alot but they said that was completely normal. They gave me instructions on how to look after the area and a bunch of different tablets to take. I did not have one bit of pain after the surgery or during the recovery. I had the surgery done on Friday and I was back to work on Monday. I am now just 4 weeks after the surgery and for the first time in my life I feel like a "normal" girl (My outside lips meet with nothing sticking out in between them haha) If I had of known what I know now I just would have spent the extra money and got the surgery done by a surgeon in Australia. I would highly recommend Dr Robert Goldman as I am extremely happy with my results.
Recently underwent breast augmentation and lipo with Dr Robert Goldman from inspire Medispa Perth and had my surgery at the Cairns Central Private Hospital in Cairns FNQ. Pre-op 10B unsure of post op still to be fitted. Wanted big- but natural... Opted for larger implants 500cc on top of the muscle, round, high profile. Liposuction to inner/outter thighs and knees, (yet to get pics) Couldn't be happier with my results, and the staff at the cairns central day hospital were fabulous! Very caring and each nurse introduced themselves individually to me, bedside manner was second to none. Anesthetist was very professional as well. Dr Goldman is very very good at what he does. He is straight to the point but is kind and caring at the same time. I highly recommend Dr Goldman services to anyone in FNQ looking to improve their bodies! Updated on 23 Jul 2017: Forgot to update. It's been 8 months since my BA- fitted professionally- gone from small 10B to 10E
Wanting to fix my boobs for 15yrs Lost 20kgs & having 2 children takes it toll on our bodies Decided I really wanted BIG boobs I like 560cc but decided on 545cc Didn't want a lift....couldn't deal with the scaring as I had 2 c sections & it too a number of years for them to settle & fade, so was happy to go big or go home Updated on 20 Apr 2015: Day 10 pic
ok so i dont know who is writing these reviews but the experience i had was horrible... if it was possible to give no stars i would of, so that 1 star is not there by choice my friends.. the only recommendation i would make for him... i recommend you not to use this doctor for anything!! so when i walked into his office there were silicone implants all over the wall... i did think to myself, i hope his not just more of a boobs doctor.... but i was just eager to get a tummy tuck asap and after i had a quick lil chat to him he told me i had to think about it and come back in a month if i still wanted surgery then he would book me in the following month.... so i did and he did! was very brief on explaining details.... LIKE... the so called "day surgery" i had it done at, if u could call it that... was a very odd building and didnt look anything like a surgical clinic inside or out, anyway i went in a young girl was there to fill a form in online an ask a few regular medical questions an said she would be assisting him in the surgery that day so i reluctantly signed my life away and waited for dr goldman as he was late to arrive then when he eventually rocked up on his motorcycle tardy and tired looking i was a little more hesitant but i guess i was already there and after years of wanting a tummy tuck i self talked myself into just rolling with it coz its day of the surgery so backing out for all these seemingly small things i was not so comfortable with at the time seemed a bit rationale i guess... so he rushed in an said put this gown on an then lie down, an then straight away the anaesthetic guy come an done his thing and i was out!! when i opened my eyes and started to come too.... i was in a wheelchair an i had no memory of being put into it and i was slumped over in it just sitting ALONE at the doors of the building waiting to be picked up by my sister when she pulled up she had to pick me up an put me in the car herself an i was still so out of it i was no help at all so ABSOLUTLY NO AFTER CARE literally 0% I could of fallen out of the wheelchair i was so out of it only thing i remember is thinking WTF is going on an why have i been left hear at the front doors and alone like this ( not cool at all! so my sister picked me up and got me into the car and then someone just come over and handed my sister a script for pain killers and we left and then she woke me up again to get me into my bed where i stayed in ALOT of pain for the next 3 weeks after that i was able to walk but then the pain started to progress and my stomach was inflamed and my skin was on fire and i ended up in hospital with a large seroma and was told i was going to be opened up again (( the infection was so bad my whole body was i pain for a while there... the doctors tried getting ahold of dr goldman to get him in but when they got in contact with him a day or two later they said the conversation with him was very brief and he would not be coming in to the hospital an he was not much help AT ALL! And he never contacted me after all that or replied to my messages, so after i was put on antibiotics and had my seroma cleaned out in hospital i started feeling better but i was in pain and in a bed for about 2 months it was so traumatic to have to go through the surgery twice but at least after the second surgery was over the recovery period and pain was all normal and i could walk pretty much strait away so i survived but i wouldnt do it again in a hurry and when i looked for reviews on dr goldman before hand i honestly couldnt find ANY but he booked me in for a consultation within 2months and every where els had over 6 months wait even for a consultation so silly me was just eager to have it done ASAP... so i went with him... NEVER AGAIN! was a while back now but to this day his not once contacted me after the surgery to check in 0% care for patients... and the end result is not what i expected because i still would not feel comfortable taking my shirt off and that was what my goal and why i wanted surgery in the first place. but live and learn i guess....
Today was my initial consultation with my original surgeon Dr Rober Goldman in Perth WA. I now realize why I chose him to put them in!!! Love him. So I went in with set ideas on removing my implants and I didn't even have to explain why! He went through my lit of health issues and noted them all down. Done easy as that!! Booked my Mammogram and ultrasound and then the pre op appointment. At hi rate thy should be out by August. All covered by Medicare! Wow a huge weight ha been lifted. I feel so good to finally have things in motion. Updated on 13 Aug 2017: OMG my mind has been 24/7 back an forth with trying to make. Decision about adding more procedures to my implant removal an breast lift. (Calling it a reduction in Australia so we get health rebate). I am 48yrs old, 5.4ft and weigh around 136-148lbs and have fluctuated around this weight since having kids 18yrs ago. Sitting at 148lbs pre surgery, which is in two weeks. As you can see from my pictures I don't have too many stretch marks. Surgeon listened to my issues an concluded that I wold better suit lipo. Reasons why he opted for that are as follows. 1. Good abdominal wall strength 2. Skin looks pretty good 3. Lipo would help improve and naturally give me tighter skin. 4. I had issues which how I thought tummy tuck looked. Having given many tummy massages to clients with them, it leaves you with no feminine softness to the skin. I like to feel soft and feminine not hard and firm. Just my desired female look. In my opinion it's what makes us chicks. 5. In 6mths if I have loose draping skin or I have uneven skin he would do a mini tummy skin lift or fix issues for free. Win win in my mind. So after watching many YouTube videos on the differences I decided he was in fact correct the skin will tighten and I hope I will get the results I am after. So it's now a breast reduction with implants removed, good by big heavy fake lumps. Hello B cup bee stings and a flat tummy. Updated on 24 Aug 2017: Well I was pretty calm. Slightly anxious driving down to the hospital. Operation I think was 3 or 4 hours under a general anesthetic. (Same anesthetic that I had 3years ago putting implants in an with the same anesthetist. Woke up feeling very groggy but not in any pain. My nurse got me to sit up then stand up to put my CG on! And yup I started to throw up, pretty much every bit of water came back up. And this happened every time I got up that night. Until midnight when I went home. Slept well, sipped water all night and kept it down! Updated on 27 Aug 2017: Pictures are from day three, but today I actually day 4. My pain from lipo is at 1-2 mild workout tummy ache. Pain from breast reduction and removal of implants is at 1 So thought I would start with a bit of an explanation about why I had my implants removed. Had my implants put in after losing about 10kg in weight. After my weightloss I felt empowered and proud, but saggy and empty and embracing during sex etc. not that it ever bothered my hubby!!! This was all my own doing!! In my heart I am a hippy loving lady, vegetarian, animal loving, exercise loving kind girl. So I am not sure what I was thinking at the time. But I had saggy boobs and a tummy and hated them. Stupidly I thought my only option was to pump up with implants what I had lost in weight. This took me to an E cup. So for the first year I felt sexy and embraced my voluptuous shape. But this caused such negative effects in my marriage you would not believe, and over time because of this new found confidence in my sexuality, it nearly broke my marriage. Then my own negative energy surrounding the implants started to happen. I had continual back ache 24/7, breast pains (I later found out to be complicated cysts) and early stages of contacted capsule. In my mind my body was well and truly rejecting these horrible feeling objects in my chest. They continued to feel alien to me, hard, uncomfortable and just huge and in the way from me feeling good. In other words I felt like an old woman with big nanny boobs, unable to lie on my belly, unable to feel anything in my breasts. So just shy of 3yrs, I chose to start the process of removing the implants and capsules and whilst I was under to have Vaser lipo on my abdominals & sides. (Because the left overs from having kids never went even after losing 10kg). Today is post op day 4. I am so happy to have my little bee stings. No foreign objects, no back pain, and on the road to recovery. Yayyyy me Updated on 29 Aug 2017: I feel pretty normal now, very mild stiffness in lipo areas. But seriously nothing uncomfortable. I had 1.8ltrs of fat taken out of my abdominals (which equates to 1.8kg apparently). And two implants removed 420ml each. So not surprisingly I am feeling lighter hehehe My lipo area is swollen, but it's not a digestive swelling!!! It's a surface swelling. So feels less uncomfortable than digestive uncomfortable swelling. I have issues with bloating from gluten/wheat/sugar. So I have gone onto my gluten free/anti inflammatory diet. To reduce any added inflammation. I am massaging Arnica cream everywhere (to reduce swelling, bruising etc). Other things to date have been fluid popping and he occasional oblique twinges when over stretching. My shoe doesn't really look smaller. But not stressing it's a marathon not a sprint. Updated on 30 Aug 2017: Today I have decided to chill out, yesterday I cleaned, washed dog, ironed, food shop and baked.... Ending up bloated and boobies sore. Lesson learned. Not easy stopping yourself from doing things when you feel normal! Ok, topic for today is... after effects of liposuction. I have noticed today day 7 that my abdomen is blotchy and red. The bruising I had was in different areas and is now yellow!!! So I assume this discoloration is from the laser and he has gone close to dermis to see if it will help tighten skin. Just hope it disappears as it's not pretty. No point taking pictures as you probably won't see it on a picture. But if anyone out there has had this, it would be great to hear you views and if this will go or if it's permanent. Don't see my surgeon for another seven days to ask him. Updated on 22 Sep 2017: Ok so everything has been going very well. Massage myself after every bath in the evening, minimal lumps. Now sleeping without the garment on, but wear it all day. Might still wear it at night sometimes as it's quite comfortable and my surgeon wants me in it for 6wks. Only bad thing has been my diet!!!! I have had my mum visiting me from U.K. So I have spent three weeks eating....... so I have 1 more week of eating and enjoying mum time together, then it's onto a strict 12 wk weightloss & fitness regimen to get me to the 3-6mth target and bikini season.
On the 24th of September I finally got Labiaplasty done with clitoral hood reduction! I have wanted to do this for over 10 years and I'm so happy I finally made it happen. I had it done by Robert Goldman. He was so wonderful from the very start of me seeing him from consultations, he explained everything so well and made me feel so safe. Im on day 2 of recovery and it is so much better than I thought it would be! I have experience no pain what so ever ( I have pain killers and Panadol ready to go, Havnt even touched them) a tiny bit of swelling , I have used a little ice. I have been super careful and organised from the start . Good little tip I've found it - when urinating , at the same time use a spray bottle with water to help wash out the urine, gently pat with a wet wipe ( don't use toilet paper) then use hair dryer on cool to make sure everything is dry. Also salt baths! Especially after doing number #2 on the toilet . I'll keep you guys posted again in a week!
Intermittent swelling after any form of liposuction is normal. I normally tell my clients/patients that this is likely to last up to 6 weeks, so your situation seems normal. I do not think you will do any damage by continuing with your yoga. I also advise my lipo patients to undergo remedial (deep tissue) massage every week for 8 weeks after any lipo procedure. Massage and exercise to commence 2 weeks after the surgery.
With any form of lipo ( traditional, ultrasound or laser) there is a fine line between removing too much and not enough. Having said that, I do believe that only 1 litre removed for the areas you describe is too little. It does depend on how much excess fat in these areas you started off with. Unfortunately, as the surgery has already been done, you should go back to the Dr/specialist and explain your disappointment to them. In my practice, I do warn clients/patients of insufficient fat removal as an actual surgical complication and in this situation, I will always go back and remove more fat at no extra charge. However, this does not include the hospital if you liposuction was done in a hospital. My advice is to go back to the doctor and see what options he/she offers you. This would be a good first step.
Dermabrasion will cause some inflammation within the actual skin layer. This results in swelling within the skin itself and so can cause the scars to appear worse due to the swelling. This can last up to 6-8 weeks after the actual treatment. So, your result to date will depend on the time between the photos and the actual treatment.I normally do not recommend any form of dermabrasion and routinely either recommend iPixel using radio-frequency (Alma Lasers Legato) or in fact, Erbium fractional laser ablation ( Fraxel). Again, I recommend and use the Alma Laser Harmony XL.A single treatment may not be enough. Look for a specialist familiar with these techniques.
I am very familiar with both Vaser ( ultrasound Lipo) and Laser lipo (Alma Lasers LipoLife) but not with airsculpt. However, it is usual for liposuction to result in swelling that can last up to around 6-8 weeks. I cannot comment on airsculpt as I am uncertain as to the extent of the trauma created within the fat layer with this technique. In addition, areas of hardness are common early on with all forms of lipo. These areas will usually disappear from about 3-4 months postop. Finally, pain and numbness can persist for a while especially if the underlying abdominal muscles are a bit bruised. I do think it likely that your abdomen will flatten but would also recommend undergoing an ultrasound scan to make sure that there is nothing "else going on".
I agree,The non-invasive treatments like Coolsculpt, Liposonix, Accent Ultra typically only are successful for mild localised fat deposits. I mainly hear of disappointing results. On the other hand, surgical liposuction is definitive. It actually removes the fat "out of your body". the 2 modern platforms are Vaser (ultrasound assisted) liposuction or the new Alma Laser, LipoLife. This latter is actual surgical laser assisted liposuction.I think you really should consider an actual surgical liposuction procedure instead of the non-invasive approaches.
