I went in solely for treatment of the wrinkles around my mouth and on my chin. I agreed to full face treatment at a cost of $1,000.00 per session. After 3 sessions the tautness of my face is about the same as pre-procedure but I did not have much of a problem there in the first place. The fine line wrinkles around my mouth and chin now appear to be worse. Ya pays your money and ya takes your chances. If you are looking for a significant result don’t bother wasting your money on this procedure. In my case I came out a bit worse. With that said perhaps it will take time for collagen production to “ramp up” but I have my doubts.

I didn't really notice my double chin on a daily basis, however, I would notice it in pictures. I heard about Kybella, and during my last photo-facial, I asked Dr. Seltzer's nurse, Camille, if she thought I would benefit from Kybella. Camille examined the area and indicated that I would be a good candidate for the procedure. I knew little of the pre and post care instructions until I went through the process. The Patient Home Care Instructions were given to me the day of the procedure. Because this information was not received earlier, cream and necessities had to be purchased that day. Also, further care information was given to me after the PDT was performed by the Physicians Assistant. This critical after-care information should have been included in the Patient Home Care Instructions.
