Bonding would be a great option to close the spaces and lengthen the left lateral incisor, very conservative and cost effective.

Small gaps between your front teeth can conservatively be managed with direct composite bonding, and if the teeth are otherwise in proper alignment, no tooth structure would be required to be removed. Most cases don't  require any anesthesia and the costs are typically less than crowns or veneers.
