Why Did I Wait?

I was scared to have the procedure done. Dr Jaggi and his staff were so nice and put me at ease so easily. I had no pain from the procedure. Even if i had a little bit of bruising i was able to go to work a week after the surgery. I am so happy with the results

Rhinoplasty

Not a Good Experience Unfortunately

Had a rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Jaggi in 2020. During the consultation he was very nice and and seemed to be listening to what I wanted done - dorsal hump removal and some narrowing in the tip. Surgery day he seemed very preoccupied, didn’t seem to remember me at all and I did not end up getting the results I wanted. Instead of a straight or sloped profile it now curves downwards and the tip is dropped due to over-reduction of the columella. When I saw him a year later regarding revision he said it was impossible to fix and seemed angry that I wasn’t happy with it. He also seemed annoyed during splint removal that I had a nosebleed so just overall not very pleasant to deal with once the money had been paid. Now I have to live every day with a nose that I like even less than the original and $12,000 poorer. Hopefully someone else will be able to correct this in the future. I don’t think he is unskilled as a surgeon I just wish he would have stuck to the original plan we discussed during consultation and had more compassion toward his patients as these are procedures that affect them for a lifetime.
