I am a mother of 3 wonderful children, which I breastfed all. Unfortunately my breast became a deflated small b cup. My abdominal muscles were severely separated, and no amount of excersize helped. I also had extra skin and lots of stretch marks from pregnancy. I'm very active. I run 15 miles a week and lift with heavy weights. Because of the shape of my stomach i was having pain when working out or lifting anything heavy, so I began wearing a binder and that helped a little.

I am 54 year old woman and have had saggy stomach since i had my first child at 18, have been wanting to do this for years and i am now retired and now have the money to do it. Updated on 18 Apr 2012: okay tomorrow i get my surgery date or am supposed to, i went to two pre-op visits and also went and spoke with the nurse and assistant for about an hour about all my concerns. My main concerns are how much pain I will be in, the swelling, the not being able to stand up straight,
