Right from the initial consultation, I found Richard to be extremely attentive to my concerns. He explained the procedures in great detail so I knew what to expect. His approach to a natural look was exactly what I was after. I felt I was looking tired and just wanted to look fresher.
I am still in the healing phase, as it takes 12 months for everything to settle properly. The photos are at the 6 month stage, and I am loving it already

The treatment and care I received from Dr Richard Sackelariou at Coco Ruby in April 2021 was exemplary. He has insight into what is best able to be achieved with your physical appearance. This is NOT an overnight result - have PATIENCE. I am 100% pleased with the procedure I started over 12 months ago.

NECK AND LOWER FACE LIFT, LIP LIFT
I saw 5 doctors in total for the surgery I wanted and as much as I felt comfortable with 2 of them I did not get the overwhelming feeling of "yes," you are my surgeon! Not until I met with Richard. I booked in that day. I had done years of research for this procedure and Richard blew me away with his attention to detail, knowledge and history of the procedure and the new techniques I had not come across, his hidden scars in particular. He spent so much time with me explaining every step of the procedure and what I will experience during and after so there was not one surprise. He pointed out that he does less than more so I will not look like I have been pulled and not even my hair dresser would see the scars and he has nailed it. I see everything I didn't like gone but no one has notice I've had anything done apart from the many compliments on how good I look. I love the lip lift in conjunction with the lower face and it just compliments the whole outcome. There is a small issue on my neck area that Richard constantly called me to see how it was going and pointed out in the consultation that if there were any issue (which most surgeries can have) he would adjust/fix free of charge. I have sent 2 of my girlfriends to see him who love my results almost more than me.

I underwent rhinoplasty with Dr Richard Sackelariou and I cannot recommend him enough! Dr Richard was very honest, thorough and informative from the first consult and throughout. My surgery went smoothly and I experienced minimal pain, swelling and bruising. He was very professional, always made me feel comfortable and I was able to contact him on his personal mobile whenever needed. I am now 12 months post op and I absolutely love my new nose! Dr Richard has done such an amazing job. I highly recommend him to anyone who is considering rhinoplasty.

I am very happy with the results of the surgery performed by Dr. Richard Sackelariou. He was informative concerning my forthcoming surgical procedure as well as my expectations post operatively. My procedure took place in February 2020 so I have had seven months to evaluate my surgical outcome. Post surgically I suffered minimal pain and minimal bruising or swelling around the eyes due to Dr. Sackelariou’s precise instructions for post-operative care.

Dr. Sackelariou had given me a telephone number on which I was able to contact him concerning any worries I may have had both before and after surgery. The knowledge that help and care was only a phone call away was very reassuring.

Now seven months later I am very happy with my results and would be confident to engage Dr. Sackelariou again if I required any further plastic surgery.

Due to my recent positive experience, I would recommend Dr Richard Sackelariou as a surgeon. He is a very attentive doctor and answered my every question and query with patience and attention to detail. I was able to contact Dr Sackelariou both before and after my surgery. It was very reassuring to know that I had access to his personal attention and expertise with a phone call.

My concerns with the procedure and my expectations concerning the surgical outcome were treated seriously and respectfully.  During my short stay in hospital I was visited twice by Dr Sackelariou and he ensured my comfort and well being at every stage. After having my third child and breast feeding with implants in my breasts lost their shape and implants weren't sitting correctly in place, inverted nipple became worse aswel, i decided to have the implants removed and a lift, with nipple correction.

The whole process was made very easy, I’ve never had any surgery like this before and the whole team were so helpful.
