I’m so pleased with the medical weight loss program at Melora Health and Enhancement in Downingtown. It’s more than just the medication, though. With guidance from Victoria Baldwin, I’ve managed my calorie intake and ramped up my workouts to start jogging again. Dr. Goldbarb (and his staff) is fantastic. My results are perfect and natural-looking. His expertise is beyond question, and his knowledge of all-things plastic surgery is one of a kind. But what makes him so special is that he deeply cares for his patients. When I visit his office, I feel like I am part of the family. He always listens intently to my concerns, taking his time to offer his advice. I actually look forward to my doctor visits with him (something that is quite unusual given the state of the medical profession...). I wish I would have found Dr. Goldfarb years ago.

When I decided to get this procedure done I’ve already had my 3 kids and let myself go badly when my husband gifted this to me for mother’s day. I’m very happy with my results, Dr Goldfarb has done an amazing job, again. After having a baby, I struggled to achieve my pre-baby shape but was unsuccessful. I decided to have liposuction with some shaping and Dr Goldfarb’s work really improved my confidence plus so much more. I just had my second procedure(s) from Dr Goldfarb and I am beyond happy. My results are so great! I’m really happy and Thankful to Dr Goldfarb for his great work and to his staff for being so nice, friendly and helpful.

I had smart Lipo on my upper lower abdomen on September 5th, 2017. Today is Post Op Day #15. I did not drain at all and my 4 incisions closed up after a week. I'm walking and drinking my water. On day 8 I got a lymphatic massage and I don't see any results front that. Not sure it help but at this point I feel it was a waste of $80 I see very little difference and I'm in a funk over it. I know they say its process up to 6 months but I feel after taking out 18 cc's (9 lbs of fat) I feel I should see a noticeable difference by now. My follow up Appt is Sept 26th. I'm wearing two compression garments and a waist training all day everyday and I Sleep in just one garment because I my hot flashes. I praying for better results soon. Updated on 21 Sep 2017:

After seeing two previous docs for fat transfer and still looking for the right one I came across dr Goldfarb from all The phenomenal reviews and expertise online I instantly made an appointment hoping things would go well. Well that was an understatement. As soon as he walked into the office ,he smiled and completely made me feel at ease. I left that day knowing he was the surgeon for me and a month later got my lower stomach lipo with fat transfer to my upper arms for several scar indents. My friends n family were shocked leading up to my surgery that day how calm I was. I felt great knowing this is who is supposed to be doing this and with all of his experience it's gonna turn out great. And it did It was a lot easier than I thought it would be and he made sure there was no pain and the two nurses were great and sweet with talking to me before and during which made it a lot easier. I'm going back next week for some finishing filler and I know it will come out fantastic. I healed extremely well with moderate pain and I know that's because he took extreme care during the procedure. I really can't say enough good things about dr Goldfarb and I'm so happy I've had this chance to try n resolve this issue that makes me so self conscious , and it wouldn't be possible if it weren't for him and his great staff.

I am very happy and it is only day two. I still have a of swelling and pain but I am excited. I was awake but I felt no pain during procedure. The first night it was kind of painful when the anesthesia wore off and so I did take the Tylenol with codeine day 1and 2. The first day I had a lot of drainage, I messed my bed up pretty bad. Day 2 I took a shower and that was great. I did vomit once after I ate lunch. I presently have a low grade fever but I was told that was normal. I am excited to see how much pain I will be in tomorrow, hopefully none. I ordered a new compression garment of the Amazon.
