With diVa, two lasers (instead of just one) work simultaneously to precisely treat&nbsp;the vaginal skin and connective tissues such that&nbsp;the&nbsp;healing process leads to improved collagen formation and increased blood vessel density which improves vaginal laxity, lubrication, and leakage. &nbsp;A sterile quartz dilator is a sanitary&nbsp;“sleeve”&nbsp;placed over the laser allowing each treatment to&nbsp;stretch the&nbsp;vaginal skin so that all ares of the vaginal canal are treated to the desired degree. &nbsp;Each session can be fine-tuned and customized to each particular patient and her specific needs with regards to depth of&nbsp;treatment as well as portion of the vaginal canal that is treated. &nbsp;This is all accomplished with computer automation so that treatments are more reproducible across sessions&nbsp;eliminating any inconsistencies that may occur&nbsp;with platforms that require manual&nbsp;manipulation of the laser. &nbsp;Each treatment only takes approximately 3-5 minutes whereas other platforms may require as long as 15-30 minutes.&nbsp; In essence, diVa is a premium laser resurfacing platform that is customizable to each patient's particular circumstances and desired results, is completed in the office, and is associated with essentially no post treatment down-time.
