I went for numerous consultations before I decided to have my surgery performed by Dr. Zaldivar. He performed my surgery on 1/13/2017 and I am beyond pleased with not only the results but also the professionalism and talent of this surgeon. I would highly recommend him! His staff is also wonderful and very compassionate!
Office review: Unprofessional and Dishonest
Absolutely HORRIBLE and unprofessional practice. Dr. Zaldivar canceled my daughter's eye surgery less than 48 hours before with NO REASON other than he would like to refer us elsewhere. He did not even have the decency to speak to me but had his office staff call instead. I has already paid over $2000 for the multiple office visits and surgery and they refused to refund me the full amount because they wanted to deduct the fees for the pre-op visit!! A pre-op visit for an operation
