Hi all... First sorry for my English... I was looking for breast implants for almost 2 years. Last year I was going to do it but had an amergency... This year I was able to save some money and continue with research and everything.... Here is a little bit complicated because not all doctors do the surgery on transexuals. And the diferente in price is more then the double.... I decided to do it on clinica rejuvenese they have a "promo" for this summer $2200 all included... te only that I has to pay by myself is the blood exams and the physical exam with a cardiologist $200 extra... at the end everything will be around $2400... I was on hormones like 6 months ans develop a little bit of breast but not enough Updated on 27 Feb 2017: What a nervous. I already went to physical examination and everyrhing was ok. I got the ok from doctor. Went to clinic to schedule the date and for some paperwork... My bigger concern is the pain... when I was doing the paperwork a women called that was with a lot of pain asking for a stronger pill... :O 1 week left :) Updated on 1 Mar 2017: I was reading a lot of experiences and watching fotos... very anxious ans waiting for the day... Still scared abut the pain of first days, thankfully my Wife will be at home those days :) Here are some wish boobs that i taken from here... Updated on 6 Mar 2017: Today is the day... it was planned for 10:30 am... I woke up very early I was very anxious and didn't want to come late to the clinic... Now I'm in the clinic very nervous just waiting to get into surgery room.. its almost time... So hopefully everything will be ok... Updated on 7 Mar 2017: Couldn't find Dr Piza nor clinica rejuvenese on the list... Thanks God everything was ok. Before surgery the nurse gave me some instructions... she told me that they will put me 3 things. . One for nausea other an antibiotic and the other i don't remember jijiji After that Dr came draw some lines and told me that everything is ready... the size that we choose was between 350 to 400cc round high profile. At the end he put me 375cc :) I get into surgery room and layed out on the operation table... anesthesiologist told me that will put me a mask ans neeed to breath deeply and count to 10... at 6 everything start blurred but i remember that I was able to count to 10... After that next thing that I remember was the nurser calling my name... I was so sleepy that I just wanted to continue sleeping... I remember that nurser asked me if i feel nauseous and if I want to drink water... thanks I didn't have any nausea. Only thirsty ans was hungry... I feel a huge pressure on my breast but no pain :) My wife called a taxy and we come home... Here I ate something light wait 1 hour ans ate again... after that I took my pills with one hour of difference. S Pain killer pill was at 3pm so next one will be at 3 am I read that is very uncomfortable sleep on the bed so I decided to keep on the reclining chair... i think was an excellent choise. I was ok... but at midnight the pain started to feel more and more... i waited as much as I can but at 2 am i took the pill and at 3 am i got sleep... woke up at 4 to take the other pill... I tried to work on the computer but the pain started after 30 mins so I stopped .... So far the day was ok... watch a lot of TV.m and being taken care of my wife :) Updated on 8 Mar 2017: I'm feeling better now... is incredible for almost all things that you want to do you need your pectorales muscles... I was able to sleep in my bed... and was able to sleep almost all night I just woke up to take my pills... I'm very curious to see my boobs but doctor told me not to take off the bra until Saturday on the check up :( I'm doing a light work is just ise my laptop and so far I haven't had any pain :) Updated on 9 Mar 2017: Just a little update... So far I'm feeling very well. I haven't taken my paint killer since 20 hours ago... I just feel the pressure and I can't do certains movements.. Counting days until Saturday for my check up and see my babies out of this tight bra.... Updated on 10 Mar 2017: Couldn't resist and take out the bra for a quick look. So far I feel vary well. I'm not taking any pain pills. Yesterday worked almost al day (I worked on the reclining chair with the laptop).. wishing to come to normal life.. Updated on 11 Mar 2017: 5 days post op and every day feeling better... Today I went to the lab that Dr asked me for a check up day, my wife drove slow and I felt every imperfection in the street :( it was not pleasured being in a Car.... Apart from that the rest of the day was ok. I worked all day long without issues or any pain :) Updated on 12 Mar 2017: 6 days after BA :) Yesterday was my first pot op checkup. Dr says that everything looks ok. Now I can take a full bath and can take off the bra for wash.. the only thing is that I need to continue using for 10 more days the elastic band to help my breast go down the downside is that it is very uncomfortable and sometimes it irritates my skin... Updated on 26 Mar 2017: So far everything is ok... went to 15 days post op and doctor told me thay they still higher and I need yo use the ace bandage in nights... I haven't seen much improvement... i know that I need to be patient but that is not one of my strongest characteristic... The other thing that is hard now is that I'll like to be able to sleep as before the surgery... is hard to sleep on my side and I wake up with a lot of lower back pain :'(
