Reema and her team were amazing. The Swan Clinic is professional and caring from the initial consultation to post-survey follow-up. I was avoiding having surgery done but was put at ease with Reema's expert advice. The surgery went really smoothly and it was the most relaxed I have ever felt for a minor procedure before and after! I can't recommend enough the quality of care at The Swan Clinic!
After many years of contemplating Rhinoplasty, I finally decided to go ahead with it. We found out that I had a very deviated septum which made my nose quite crooked, this has always been a huge insecurity for me. I ended up having a Septoplasty and a Rhinoplasty. Not only can I actually breath better, but I also look more beautiful! aesthetically Dr Hadi has really harmonised my features. The procedure itself was so easy, I was made to feel very relaxed and comfortable by Dr Hadi and her team. Dr Hadi really has restored my confidence. She is a highly skilled surgeon. If I were ever to have future procedures, Swan Clinic is the only place I would go. Highly recommended! A
I had a Rhinoplasty and I couldn’t be happier. I hated my nose since I broke it many years ago. I had a bump as a result, my septum was deviated and it looked crooked on one side. Dr Hadi has given me back my confidence and I love my face now! Very happy with my procedure ! I have attached before and after pics
So far (it’s been 5 days) I’m super happy with my procedure. Dr. Hadi is lovely to deal with, and since she’s located slightly outside of Sydney (Gymea) she’s also a bit more affordable. Staff were informative, efficient and friendly. There is absolutely no pressure. I paid $350 for my consult fee, and was able to book surgery 3 weeks later. The clinic is white and bright, and very modern. Surgery was done on site in the theatre, under local anesthetic, with nitrous oxide to the nose. I didn’t feel a thing pain-wise, was relaxed and comfortable, and the procedure took only around an hour. After going into the recovery room, I was given aftercare instructions, meds (pain and antibiotics) as well as a small snack since I had fasted. There is really no pain, just a slight discomfort, and the first 2-3 days I couldn’t open my eyes all the way. In one week, I’ll go in to have stitches removed and these annoying tapes removed, too. Will post more photos as healing continues. Updated on 7 Feb 2023: So glad to get these off! They were really annoying as the skin underneath them began to heal. She peeled them off gently and pulled out the non-dissolvable stitches and gave me silicone gel to apply 2x day.
Dr Reema Hadi has changed my life! Both her and her team have gone above and beyond for me and my surgery and recovery. I completely forgot to ask gher about my csection scar tissue while being drawn up before theatres and to wake up to being told she did this, this AND exactly what I wanted/needed without even having to ask is what a true knack of her capabilities as a person and terrific surgeon
Dr Hadi was second to none - she is an exceptional doctor and surgeon. I am not usually a “corny” person but I truly have her to thank for feeling like myself again post children. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a plastic surgeon. Thank you so much Dr Hadi .

Hi there! I’ve been wanting a BA for 10 years and I’m finally doing it but I’m so scared as the size sounds pretty big but my surgeon was quite confident that the symmetry was great and I shouldn’t go smaller than a 400 CC. I’m 5’10 and weigh 71kgs, pretty athletic but I have a very small bust. So I wanted that curvy plump boobs like Kylie Jenner or Sophia Vergara. Someone help me! Updated on 1 Feb 2022: When I met with Dr Hadi, I felt comfortable immediately as she empathised with me and understood why I wanted to do my boobs. It was a 10 year thinking process and after one child I thought it’s time to do what I’ve always wanted to do. I was extremely nervous and was so paranoid as to how they might look as I’m slim and honey in my chest area and I was hoping it wasn’t going to look like 2 balls on my chest. She was so confident and so sure about what size I should go and how she knows I’ll look. I was so unsure as everyone I know was like ‘ that’s too big’ …. Me and the dr agreed on 450CC high profile round implant under the muscle. And I am so so glad I listened to my surgeon! The morning of my surgery, I was made very comfortable and it was like it took 2 mins from when I got there till when I woke up. The whole process was amazing and I am so glad I had found Dr Rema Hadi. Her after care and her knowledge really brought me to what I imagined to look like! Don’t look any further and trust her she is amazing and so honest! She doesn’t sugar coat and goes above your expectations.
I have wanted a labiaplasty since 2014 after seeing a friends results, after researching for years and one consultation I decided to finally make an appointment to speak with Dr. Hadi. I worked up the courage to finally do this! Dr. Hadi was extremely thorough, warm, understanding, and experienced. I felt trust and confidence in her which is important in my decision-making when choosing my surgeons and I always choose a specialist in the surgery I’m seeking. Before I could procrastinate any further I booked the procedure. On the day I showered before my appointment and was given numbing cream and local anesthetic injections as well as gas and a pad to place in my briefs. I did not feel a thing and watched a tv show on an iPad given to me and chatted to Dr. Hadi. Time went very fast! I like being awake during a procedure, the recovery is so much easier. I was given vaseline and instructed to apply gauze that has been soaked in ice to help with swelling for the next two days and a small amount of vaseline to my incisions two to four times a day (I did this until about 3 months p/o as it assists with softening the labia and in the earlier stages it protects sutures). While this was one of the most uncomfortable surgeries I’ve had, and I’ve had a few, I have always been very sensitive in this area and did ask for a lot of adjustments to be made. I had my clitoral hood pinned down at the sides, a wedge resection, and two stitches put in the bottom (which caused the most discomfort as this is where you need to sit and can feel most when you walk). I could have opted for a U shape trim in this area but glad I went for as much as possible as I might have regretted it later if it didn’t look neat and perfect. After the first-night thing was much easier and you must note that I always make the mistake of eating salty food after surgery which created a lot of swelling (I did this after liposuction but clearly didn’t learn my lesson!). I was shuffling around slowly and slightly hunched until about 8-9 weeks post-procedure, however, my friend had her procedure with Dr. Hadi two days prior to mine and was walking around fine after 3 days! Everybody is different. She was able to resume intercourse 5 weeks after and I wanted to wait longer and felt ready at 9 weeks post-procedure. She had a little pain when she had sex at first, I had no pain but things felt very tight like a stretching feeling. Dissolvable sutures were used and after 6 weeks I started salt baths, before that I had quick showers twice a day. My husband could still feel a few stitches when we resumed intercourse but they can take some months to completely dissolve. I would recommend to anyone to place all of your daily items you’ll need at arm level, use a blow dryer on low to dry the area after showering, I used a nasal douche to squirt water to clean after the bathroom and/or just cotton makeup pads to pat dry. Baby wipes (unscented) for cleaning as necessary and maxi pads for ooze and blood. I later switched to panty liners. I bled a lot for a week however my friend had hardly any bleeding at all. I’d also recommend a gopher reacher to pick things up off the floor, the most difficult thing to resist is bending down to pick things up off the floor. Going to the bathroom was fine, I used soap free body wash for the first six weeks to avoid early dissolving of the sutures. I had one part of my labia where a suture was that looked a little separated but it healed fine as Dr. Hadi said it would. My results look so natural, I can not see the scars at all, I feel much more confident, feminine and pretty even though no one else can see, no more readjusting my briefs! I’d like to do some laser in 12 months to make the labia more pink once all the swelling has resolved (it takes time, like a rhinoplasty) and once the colour has gone back to normal (with a wedge resection it can be pink in some areas and darker in others). So pleased I chose Dr. Hadi, thank you so very much! Truly a life changing procedure, I’m glad I waited until I met Dr. Hadi years after my first consult with another surgeon as I would have gone for a trim technique with the other surgeon and I’m very happy to have no loss of sensation or prolonged pain especially during intercourse. I also needed to be mentally prepared, it is a mentally challenging surgery because of the area that it is, it can be hard to be patient but everything turns out great in the end. The swelling is very, very ugly so be prepared but 100% worth it and such great value!
16 years ago I had twin boys who weighed 7 pound each. Unfortunately at the 7 month mark the stretch marks started to appear, large ones. I also had another pregnancy 10 years later. Due to my age being 42, my skin was saggy, covered in stretch marks, botchy c section scar and muscle separation. Yesterday I went under the knife with DR Hadi located in Gymea which is in Sydney. I am currently on my way home after spending one night in hospital. I was in a private hospital and do not have private health insurance. So all up procedure coat $15,000. Will keep you updated on progress. At the moment I am very swollen, pain isn't bad as I am on heavy pain killers, am also hunched over as my skin is so tight, I can't straighten yet. I still have some stretch marks, which I knew I would. That's all for now. Cheers Updated on 5 Mar 2020: Feeling sore today, still hunched over. Have a pain pump in which I get out in few days. I muscles were down back together as well as a bit of liposuction, hence why I am sore. Using lots of pillows to get comfortable.
