I really want to get rid of my fats from my abdomen and flanks so I looked for a non invasive procedures available in the market. Knowing Dr. Razan Kadry being one of the best dermatologist in Dubai and doing the non invasive procedures, I went straight to her and informed my concerns. She did an assessment on my belly part and advised me to under go Vanquish ME procedures. I looked 4 sessions per week. Now, I feel and see that my belly is not getting bigger and instead smaller in circumference. Honestly, I eat the same amount of food before and after my procedure but I noticed that my flanks and abdomen are not getting bigger anymore. I feel that no matter I eat to much because of hard job that I doing, I feel safe and nothing to worry that my belly will become bigger! I am very thankful that the Vanquish is invented! It is effected as far as I am concerned and safe procedure.
i would definitely recommend dissolving the previous fillers. I would also consider prp treatments first for three consecutive months to promote rejuvenation in all layers of the soft tissue of the tear trough, and only afterwards would I reconsider filler for this area, as sometimes prp alone can achieve an acceptable cosmetic outcomes without the potential lumps of fillers.
if the fold is etched in, as it seems to be, i think a soft hyaluronic acid filler، such as belotero soft, is an excellent choice for a patient in their late 20’s. There is little to no downtime and Belotero is a dynamic filler, meaning it doesn’t leave any lumps under the skin.
100% true! Hyaluronic acid filler acts as a humectant whereby absorbing 1000times its weight in surrounding water. So its ideal to undercorrect, and wait at least 2 weeks before considering adding more filler!
great question! Non-cross linked hyaluronic acid 'flows' in the dermis which plumps up the skin and softens lines , but when injected, it does not 'stay put' at the site of injection. Whereas with cross-linked hyaluronic acid, it has a chemical preservative called bdde that allows for the hyaluronic acid to fill the area and 'stay in the place' of injection. One example of a filler is juvederm voluma.
