Let me start by saying that I am 62 years old. I am 5'5" tall and weigh 143 lbs. I currently wear size 8/10 clothes, sometimes a size 6 on bottoms. That's because I have no ass. Never have and I am tired of always having to find or alter things to fit.
I was prepared to have a BBL with 360 lipo a few year ago. I had just bought a home and life was great. In 2018, I went in for a routine wellness exam and my doctor found a lump in my left breast. After more test and biopsies, I was informed that I had stage 3 breast cancer. I was devastated and completely bewildered. Over the next two and a half years, I had 16 rounds of chemo, 3 surgeries and 30 rounds of radiation. My poor body took a beating. I am left with one breast (my best feature) My beautiful thick long hair is no more and so I NEED a butt.

Surgery date set for April 30, 2021. I have paid my deposit and starting on labs and paperwork. Also checking into Airbnb. Better rates than some of the nice hotels. I have a surgery buddy. We will drive together from Dallas to Houston on April 29th, check into condo and do Pre-op. Surgery is 1st Friday morning. There are a few wonderful and coincidences things about this journey. First, my very good friend will be with me. Second, I don’t have to go all the way to Miami. Third, I grew up across the street from my doctor and his family. Fourth, he is double board certified. Fifth, his nurse/assistant will be providing the aftercare and will stay with us the whole weekend. What more could you ask for, right?Added 2 wish pics.

Hello Dolls. I’m just 2 weeks away from having my BBL. Not nervous at all. Just excited as hell. My doctor’s office staff has been awesome. Very caring and responsive and always makes time for me if I have questions or concerns. They don’t ask you to buy a lot of extra stuff. Only 4 vitamins: E, C, Omega Fish Oil & Zinc. Drink lots of water and get plenty of rest. Wow. I can’t believe it’s really going to happen. I have been wanting and waiting for at least 4 years. I tried to gain a few extra pounds. Now at 148 lbs, normally at 143.

I am strangely calm about my procedure. What is most concerning is how to keep it under wraps after returning to work and being around family and friends. No one knows that I am having this done except my surgery buddy and friend. How will I explain not sitting down or the need for my bbl pillow, when I do. What do I do when going to restaurants or other people’s homes. I can get away with it at work because I have a veridesk which allows me to stand while working on my computer. SMD...IDK.

Hello Dolls. Everything went great. I am so happy with my results so far. Still very swollen and sore but otherwise good.

A few days after surgery. Doing good but sleeping on tummy is awful. Going to Walmart to get zero gravity camping lounger by Ozark Trail that another Doll recommended. Hope it works. I’ll post pics.

Swelling is going down. Trying to find a licensed lymphatic drainage massage therapist in my area. Found one but waiting for a callback. Added pics from today.

I was his only patient that day. That's how he does it. It's all about you. Warm and wonderful bedside manner. Very caring and full of details. Called to check on me several times within 2 days. His assistant offered to bring me something to eat if needed because my caregiver had to leave town for a day. Unfortunately, it was the next day after surgery. I had food but she came anyway to help me shower, change bed linens, gave me a massage and kept me company for several hours. I was so appreciative and didn't feel alone. Can't thank them enough.

Everything is going good. Went back to work last week. It was a very long week. No problem with sitting while there. I have an ergonomic desk that lifts when I want to work standing up.
On another note, I am healing well but itching like crazy. It was almost unbearable. The incisions are what itch the most. I went online to look for some remedies. One blog suggested using 100% coconut oil. Another said to try dry brushing. Both helped enormously. That dry brush felt so good, almost orgasmic. LOL. Still in my original garment. I will request my 2nd stage faja as soon as this one starts to feel really loose. Not quite there yet but this garment has gotten a lot more comfortable. Thank goodness. One day, I wanted to take it off and burn it. It was driving me crazy because it was cutting into my arm pit. I tried every adjustment, put some thin foam strips between the shoulder straps and the front of my arm pit. That helped a lot. The booty is already starting to soften but it
has not dropped or fluffed yet.
Also, dr. Was not able to lipo my stomach area. He told me that he could only take out so much fat at one time so he did my back and flanks. I will go back in 2 months for the abdomen, pubic pouch and upper inner thighs. It was all included in the original cost. Thank goodness.

The swelling is starting to subside but the itching is horrendous. Dry brushing helps so much.

It’s now been 5 weeks since surgery. Not sure how I feel about it, it is a roller coaster ride. Some days I am happy about it and some days I’m not.
