Rajiv Grover, MBBS MD FRCS(Plast)

I cannot recommend Mr Grover highly enough - he is simply the best at what he does. He has outstanding results, an impeccable safety record and is charming to boot. I had always intended to age gracefully and only considered cosmetic surgery after extensive research. He put me completely at ease from the first time we met and explained carefully what would work best for me. He advised that the results would be subtle and that I could wait a few years, but I decided to go ahead with a SAMS facelift 6 months ago. I am simply thrilled with the result - it is completely natural and I look rested and refreshed. Mr Grover is a true craftsman.

As a doctor myself, a couple of other points are worth highlighting: 1) The anaesthetist he uses was outstanding and I had absolutely no post-op nausea, which had been a concern, and 2) I was impressed with the minimal swelling and zero visible bruising immediately after the operation. I walked out of the hospital after 2 days without a second glance from passers-by. The scarf and sunglasses I had brought with me went unused.

A few months ago, I had a facelift with Dr Grover: I am beyond thrilled with the results which are beyond my expectations!

Before meeting Dr Grover, I undertook extensive research and arranged consultations with several eminent surgeons, all of whom specialise in facial surgery. Upon meeting Dr Grover however, I was instantly drawn to his warm and kind nature and unpretentious attitude - he was extremely honest while managing my expectations and was very clear in what he would be able to achieve for me. I thought that I needed a facelift, neck lift and a brow lift, but Dr Grover quickly explained why a brow lift was not the appropriate procedure for me and why it would look unnatural and unflattering. I am so happy and appreciative that he refused to do this, even though it would have been financially beneficial for him.

Going to see Dr Grover was like meeting Poirot! He analysed my face with artistic scrutiny, during a long and thorough consultation and he was very patient in answering all my questions. I left the consultation knowing I had met my surgeon and I was relieved when he agreed to do my facelift (Dr Grover turns away 40% of candidates).

My entire operation and recovery were 100% pain free - believe me or believe me not, I never felt a thing, and I am honestly amazed! A few months on from my surgery I feel comfortable with minimal tightness and minimal swelling, and I can happily state that I didn’t feel any pain AT ALL! Remarkable, truly unbelievable isn’t it!?

The surgery was a breeze…. The hospital was fantastic, and the staff were not only highly qualified in post cosmetic surgery, but they were all so lovely and supportive. It was like staying in a luxury hotel, and even the food was amazingly good!

Dr Grover has exacting standards and high expectations of himself and of his team, indeed, he has been working with the same anaesthetist for over 20 years and his office team, Jackie and Katarina are an absolute credit to him. They were always available to answer any questions or concerns and were constantly quick and efficient. They are truly lovely ladies.

I honestly feel that having a facelift by Dr Grover is like going to the very finest tailor on Saville Row! Every stitch is perfection, and every effort is made to produce a seamless appearance. My scars (or should I say my lack of scars) are amazingly good and pretty much non-existent, even though it’s only been a few months since the operation - the man is an absolute genius and it is no wonder that Tatler magazine award him the coveted accolade of “Best Facelift Surgeon” year after year!

I want to finish with a few personal notes. First, my jaw line is now even better and more defined than it was when I was in my 30’s! I am 54 but I could now easily pass for 10 years younger. Second, Dr Grover has NOT asked me to write this review. I have written it because I want to extend my immense appreciation to Dr Grover and to enlighten others that may be thinking of having the same procedure.

My feelings and experiences of Dr Grover are that this is a man of integrity, someone who will not cut corners at your expense and who is a man with passion and commitment for his industry and work. I feel that whoever you are, if Dr Grover accepts you as a client, you will receive the same exacting standards that he would give to his wife or mother. This is what sets him apart from others. He is truly remarkable!

Each and every day when I look in the mirror, I feel a deep sense of happiness and appreciation to this wonderful man!

I had a consultation with Mr Grover a few days ago and I felt I just had to comment on what a wonderful experience it was, to meet him. I'd already had a facelift almost 5 years ago, but I wanted his expert opinion with regard to having a blepharoplasty or endoscopic brow lift.

In past years, even prior to surgery, I have met a few surgeons for consultations and I can honestly say that by far, Mr Grover is the most down to earth, unpretentious and genuinely warm human being you could hope to meet. There is no ego at all. He takes your medical history, looks at photos of you as a younger woman, and conversation wasn't just a series of tick box questions.

I learned a lot about my facial anatomy during that hour that I hadn't even considered beforehand, but was very relevant to the kind of surgery I was considering. I also met two of the ladies who work for him, who again were very lovely. We are all different of course, but I always warm more to people who appear authentic and are open communicators.

This is cosmetic surgery at it’s very finest. Although I had great confidence in Mr. Grover I could scarcely imagine the spectacular result he achieved for me. His consummate skill and artistry produced a flawless facelift and the procedure itself was painless. As if this weren’t enough he is utterly charming. The stuff of dreams!

ike most women of my age, my face was sagging and my neck was was very wrinkled. I was worried about a procedure as I had never had anything done to me, not even Botox, as I was reluctant to have that stretched artificial look that is so generic to most facelifts. I need not have worried . The result was amazing. Mr Grover is a perfectionist and he wants the look to be natural and essentially you. He has taken years off my face and he takes care to get it right. There are no visible scars and the change is both huge but subtle. He is also very reassuring and thoughtful. and his team are extremely professional and caring. They took care to make sure I was in no pain and the whole operation went smoothly and the aftercare was great. My husband was reluctant for me to have the facelift, but he is now so pleased with the result as it is just a younger me.

I wanted to tighten the muscle of the neck to improve the jowl area and jawline. To eliminate the vertical folds in the neck, to tighten the skin and lift the area around my lower jaw. I have known Mr Grover for at least ten years and I have been asking him for the last 2-3 years whether I should do ahead with a necklift. He advised me to wait three years ago and he said he would let me know when he felt the time was right. We finally agreed a few months ago that I should go ahead in the new year. He explained everything so well ( repeating it again to me husband at a second consultation when I decided to book the operation). I couldn't have felt more confident about this Mr Grover and his wonderful team treated me with such kindness and consideration. From the very beginning I felt I was in the best hands and so it proved to be. Apart from the usual and normal swelling for a few days afterwards I had no bruising at all. There is a list of do's and don'ts to follow for a couple of weeks after the op and I am sure this helped with my recovery. The team give lots of after-care which is hugely important but again done in a very professional and caring way.

I have known Mr Grover for approximately 15 years, he is a perfectionist and a master to his skills. I am 70 years old this year, so thought it would be too late for me for new surgery. I went to see Mr Grover in June last year when we discussed a possible lower face lift. He said many women of my age would be pleased to look like me. I explained to Mr Grover that i just wanted the edge to my age so, he agreed to the procedure. I cannot stress how professional, kind and caring he is, the surgery results turned out to be absolutely fantastic and the after care second to none. He is an amazing surgeon and person too! I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Grover,and his team, Jackie Assistant and Jackie Nurse are an inspiration. They both have fabulous personalities and make you feel at ease and are each adept at their jobs. So once again, Mr Grover, both my husband and I thank you for giving a new 70 year old a refreshed natural look.....I feel sensational ,gorgeous and I am turning heads ...wow !! ..I am .ready for many more cruises and dinners on the Captain's table .....As Tina Turner sings.Mr Grover..."your simply the best "..Lady N

From the moment I met Dr Grover I new I had found the right surgeon! and I was in the best hands, I had no self confidence, I felt Invisible at times which made me feel unhappy. Always wanted to have this procedure done and my only regret is I haven’t done it earlier due to my fears of operation and whole procedure. However with dr. Rajiv Grover who was recommended to me by friend whole experience was very easy, from first moment his incredible knowledge and skill was obvious to me... dr. Grover is absolutely fabulous surgeon and him and whole his team made this experience very easy from start. Must say myself personally didn’t feel any massive pain I heard about before and apart from usual discomfort of scars I recovered very fast and was back to my usual duties. I would advice to anyone that choice of Doctor is crucial in decisions like that and I’m incredibly lucky to have found dr.
