These White spots were there prior to your whitening treatment, this is called decalcification of the enamel. The good news is the spots should be temporary. These spots should subside after a week or so. IF these spots are very bothersome you can contact the dentist to see what could possible be done.

We rarely do metal Porcelain mixed with metal crowns, if a patient request a porcelain with metal the cost would be between $900-$995
