Thank you for your question. I believe most of your asymmetry is from the lower eyelids, not the upper eyelids.  The outer 1/2 of YOUR right lower eyelid is bowed and shows more white of the eye than the left.  The outer angle of the YOUR right is also lower than your left. The outer angle is the where the upper and lower eyelids meet and form a V.  I have corrected this type of asymmetry with a procedure called a lateral canthopexy.  Additional views would be helpful

Thank you for your question.  You need both a face and neck lift to improved the neck, jawline, and lower face.  Neck lift alone will not correct the jowls and jawline. Face lift alone can help neck sagging a little, but will not deal with the vertical banding.

The top part of the ear protrudes a little, and this is accentuated by the middle part is retracted.  Correcting the middle part is more difficult than the upper part.  Normal protrusion of the middle and upper ear is approximately 20mm from the scalp.  You would not require a full otoplasty to correct the upper part.  Good luck!

While doing the procedure now probably will not affect your rhinoplasty, I would not rush into this.  If your result is satisfactory and you are not having problems with the chin implant, I would leave it alone.  Sliding genioplasty is reasonable if you are having problems with the chin implant.

You are a good candidate for rhinoplasty, neck liposuction and chin augmentation.  Chin augmentation may be done with an implant or sliding genioplasty. I prefer the latter in younger patients.  It is a more powerful method of augmenting the chin and flattening the neck.
