It sounds like your internal valve is collapsing on inspiration. Good diagnosis!  If not done so already, you should seek an opinion from an ENT Rhinologist, individuals trained to treat nasal airflow obstruction as part of rhinoplastic surgery.

No, laser will not help. Yours is a problem related to skin thickness or underlying cartilage morphology or grafts placed at your primary surgery, or a combination of all three.

It's too early to consider fillers. Your nose is still very very swollen postoperatively. Let the oedema settle. I wouldn't recommend anything be done for at least 6 months. It is an odd appearance unfortunately, hopefully it will improve with time.

Hi, this is potentially tricky... Facial asymmetry and differing soft tissue growth can give the appearance of deviation. It can be extremely challenging to give a patient a perfectly straight nose. Addressing the nasal bones, depression of the upper lateral cartilage(s), and the tip tripod are surgical techniques that can improve deviation and asymmetry.
