Nothing can be seen now on these pics what could be described as pathology. Anyway if You suffer it means something has happened. Try to use a cream with hyaluronic acid or ask Your doctor of PRP injection. You mentioned that it had started after delivery, not before. Such situation is not common so the answer also is not simple. Try this gel.

Dear Patient.

It is impossible to guarantee anything in surgery and whole medicine. Anyway depending on technique of labia reduction it is different risk of loosing sensitivity. I am doing such procedures using "one cut technique" and thanks to it both, vascularization and nervation are preserved, so the risk what we are talking about is very, very low.

Dear Patient. I agree with Your doctor however decision should be taken under consideration of  technique what we would be able to perform. I would recommend to take care of the cyst (it was infected) first and than do labiaplasty if the best technique would be different than edge resection. This last one can be performed with existing cyst.
