I had an outstanding experience undergoing the no-shave robotic FUE hair transplant! Not only are the results already visible 6 months after the procedure, but the staff and the doctor were absolutely helpful throughout the entire procedure and the time after. I was given very specific directions for my recovery, which proved to be satisfactory and every single question I had was met with fulfilling answers. Very friendly and experienced doctor all around.

I had an excellent experience at Sierra Robotic. I have to admit I was not looking forward to having my head shaved and being in pain all day but none of that was an issue. The pain is minimal most of the procedure and in case there is anything uncomfortable you just let Dr. Sierra know and he makes it go away fast. I was surprised how easy the procedure was and how comfortable I felt the entire day. The break for lunch in the office was nice also. The whole experience was very private and the institute was special only for me that day. It felt like I was with a couple of new friends for the day who took care of me and looked after me well until it was time to go home. After the procedure I was surprised with the travel pillow I was able to sleep quite well with no problems. The pain is very minimal, the donor area is actually where I felt a tiny bit but nothing that was bothersome. After about a week I felt some itching which after I sprayed saline solution on and it went away. Conditioner applied lightly in the shower also helps. Im about 3 weeks in at this point. My friend was so surprised when she saw me recently and she says that I have way more hairs on my head than she expected and that the doctor did a great job. Let’s see the final results in 6 - 12 months from now. Ill update again with that in the future to help others looking to do this but are unsure. I was skeptical of all the 5 star reviews Dr. Sierra had at first but now after having the procedure with him and his team I see why. Don’t hesitate another moment, go see him! I Highly recommend!

I had ARTAS ix robotic hair transplant about 3 weeks ago along with PRP injections to optimize my results by Dr. Sierra. They were very diligent and focused on every minor detail, patiently answering my myriad of questions, i.e. when to get PRP, how does it compare to exosome treatment, etc. I quickly realized Dr. Sierra is very simple, personable and super down to earth guy but he has a deep understanding with his craft and it was the reason I picked him over the other 4 doctors I consulted. When the procedure started, I'll admit I'm a big softie and I hate needles however luckily the procedure here was not painful at all and they did a great job using Lidocaine when I felt any subtle pain. I was in good hands and it was such a relief to feel that type protection from him and his staff. Once the procedure was done, they laid out a day to day post procedure instructions that even a 5 year old can follow and I was grateful because those first few days are absolutely critical! Also this might be important to many: Dr. Sierra performs PRP injections slightly different where it actually requires a little more work by them but you will def get the best results. I would know since I had it done quite a few times now by other clinics.

Dr Sierra is a first class doctor with amazing staff in a boutique style setting. They were attentive, caring and comforting from the very first phone call all the way to the post op follow up. They are the best in the business and I would highly recommend them to women who are feeling nervous about thinning hair as we age. I am so ecstatic that I found him and forever grateful for his expert care.

Dr Sierra was an excellent choice for my hair transplants. He is very personable, informative, and experienced. His recommendations for where my hair line should be, the number of hairs to be transplanted, and follow up on my progress were all factors that made this an overall excellent experience. Updated on 31 Mar 2022: From the first meeting with Dr. Sierra, he managed my expectations, was transparent and detailed in his information, and treated me with care and respect. The hair transplantation was done with meticulous precision in a sterile and comfortable environment. I am very pleased with the after-care, the one-year post procedure results, and the ongoing PRP procedures as recommended. I believe it is rare to find a specialist who takes the time needed with each patient, and Dr. Sierra is one of them. All in all, I would not hesitate in highly recommending Dr. Sierra, and his staff.

Could not be happier with the overall experience. Not only was I greeted by a super friendly and professional staff but they treated me amazingly. I felt completely confindent in the hands of Dr. Sierra who is also a board certified and trained general surgeon…so this was a breeze for Him! We even went over my new look and hairline and the procedure was mostly painless and the small amount of pain I felt was dealt with completely and quickly. The staff even fed me and kept my spirits high the entire time, I came in a patient I left a friend. What a wonderful atmosphere to be in I really couldn’t be happier with my overall experience!
