Injectables can have varying degrees of swelling especially early after injection, the irregularity/lump may also be a bruise that developed. These are issues that most likely will resolve in a couple of weeks. While ice, Arnica, etc. may help, if you are concerned it's best to go see the Doctor that injected you so he/she can evaluate you and recommend a proper course of action.

Cellfina is done as a one time treatment to treat dimple cellulite and is FDA approved to reduce the appearance of cellulite for minimum 3 years (possibly longer). It can be combined with other treatments (Ultherapy, etc.) for skin tightening, or surgical procedures for body contouring. Great question! It is good to have realistic expectations for any plastic surgery. Based on your photos you would be a great candidate for a BBL and the results you are looking for (noticeable, bubble butt, NOT dramatic) should be achievable. As you mentioned you may need a tummy tuck in the future. Also the "dents" on your buttocks should improve but may need further treatment with other modalities like Cellfina. Obviously the best way to know is to have an in-person exam with a board certified plastic surgeon who can then evaluate your anatomy. Good Luck!

That is a great question, the short answer is that Cellfina is a great option no matter how much dimple cellulite you have. From your photos it looks like you would be a great candidate for the dimple cellulite on your buttocks and thighs. Cellfina is the longest lasting FDA cleared, clinically proven, true minimally invasive procedure which treats the skin tethering (which is the primary cause of the dimples in cellulite). The clinical studies have shown results to at least 3 years, which makes it the longest lasting of any cellulite treatment on the market so far. While you may be feeling better a few weeks after your surgery, many changes are still occurring and your healing process is ongoing.

It is always a good idea to consult your board certified plastic surgeon regarding your Postop recovery and activities.
As far as push-ups after breast augmentation I usually suggest re-starting at 6 weeks Postop.
Since you have not been doing these exercises for a few weeks it is understandable that the muscles will be weaker and you will likely need to slowly build up to your pre-op exercise capacity.

Hello I love my results in one year post op I am going back to get tt/breast lift with another Dr but I do love my results for my butt feel that it's perfect going to different dr only because I was told that Dr salas felt like he wouldn't be able to do the look he needs on me for tt/ breast lift/ reduction other then that experience was great he super friendly and nice and honest
So my first bbl didn't go as i had liked and I didn't like that I was awake during my first procedure. So I researched and went to 305 plastic surgery to Dr. Salas when I say he was so nice and kind and I love my results.
Well, one-week post-op. Everything is going well. The pre-op was on March 10 at 7am, took around 2 hours. Surgery was March 11 at 930am got to talk to the doctor, he explained the procedure what to expect and suggested some other work. Updated on 30 Mar 2021: I feel good, the most annoying part is using the Foam and boards. They told me 6 weeks. I like the way everything is going, i started using scar treatment, and doing radio frequency massages. I will post more picture on week 3 and 4.
