I received prp and versa filler about 10 days ago in my laugh lines and under my eyes. My biggest concern was my under eyes which have always had a ton of fine lines and very dark hereditary circles. The Dr recommended this combo treatment as she had good results with this filler under the eyes. My laugh lines seem greatly improved but so far I don't notice any difference with either my dark circles or my fine lines although the area does seem more filled in. I am trying to be patient because I have read it can take up to 2 weeks for prp to really show up and see results. Updated on 22 Dec 2020:

Dr. Mohandas is a true artist and a wonderful doctor! She cares about her patients and wants the very best results for them. I am extremely satisfied by the work she has done for me over the years. I started off with simple Botox injections, and as I became more comfortable with her I explored other procedures such as Juvederm fillers and also Kybella. I am glad to say that all these treatments worked extremely well for me, and I highly recommend Dr. Mohandas to anyone considering Botox, Juvederm, Kybella, or Smart Liposuction.

Dr. Mohandes is a very kind, however her nurse used an old Cutera YAG laser on my capillary veins and left me with indented scars. I’ve been using YAG lasers for over 15 years with many different providers and without issue. It’s now been over 6 weeks and the scars are still red. I’m confident that they will eventually return to a manageable color. I’m not confident that the indentations will resolve. I hope to work collaboratively with Dr. Mohandes on the follow up treatment with a Board Certified surgeon or a Dermatologist who specializes in scar treatments. I’m afraid this will be expensive and I don’t want to resort to the litigious route. Updated on 3 Nov 2020:

I think botox is a very noninvasive, good procedure IF you have the right physician who understands placement and cares about the outcome. I have had very good luck over the last decade or two, and I have been very happy with the results until this last treatment by Monterey Laser Aesthetics/Dr. Mohandas. This provider is solely money driven, cheap, unprofessional and does not have a clue what she is doing.
