The only things guaranteed in life are death and taxes, with that said CoolSculpt offers great results for most people. The patient should be a qualified candidate for the procedure and photos documenting before and after along with weighing the patient are very important. Patients can see 20-25% reduction after the first treatment and up to 50% with a second treatment to the area after 4 weeks. The 3 month mark shows the peak of the results. 

Every office has a different price point, often times depending on the size per square inch of the tattoo. This tattooi may cost $250-300 per session, with maybe 3-4 sessions using the Enlighten3 laser. I cannot say with 100% certainty because it's difficult to see the ink depth and quality with that photo. 

Cost can vary from doctor to doctor. Some offices offer a lower cost if a non-physician (PA or nurse) does the procedure. Price can range from 500-700$ per 1 cc syringe in my area of NJ. Often times the more syringes you buy, you may get a discount on the total price.

If the package says 2014, it's definitely expired and cannot be returned or exchanged. Are you an injector? How did you obtain these packages? If you did not get them through Allergan, I would also not use them.

Antibiotics should not effect the results or effect of coolsculpting. The procedure targets fat cells which are not effected by the antibiotics. There is no link to the two.

Using our laser (state of the art Enlighten 3) we advise waiting 8-10 weeks between the first and second session. This gives time for the tattoo area to heal along with allowing the process of pigment degradation to take effect.

I will start with one of my favorite sayings "You get what you pay for." I have known many people to get a cheap price (per session) for their tattoo removal and have to undergo 8-12 sessions. This clearly adds up, is painful, and doesn't really get the job done.

We have the newest laser - The Enlighten 3 and we also remove the tattoo with lidocaine (NO PAIN) - for no additional charge. We charge anywhere from $300-1200 a session depending on the size of the tattoo. On average, depending on the tattoo ink, depth, age, etc you may only need 3-6 sessions.

The factors that determine ultimate cost will be the type of laser being used ( specifically the amount of wavelengths the laser has) along with the size of the tattoo ) yours is large), age of the ink and depth of ink penetration. You made need anywhere from 3-6 sessions with the Enlighten 3 or more with the older models. Also pricing will be affected by your location. But also remember if something sounds to good to be true - it probably is. Good luck. 

This is a great question. Typically maximum results are seen at the 12 week mark, but seeing results early doesn’t mean that you won’t improve. Most of our patients and even myself included noticed results early ( about 6 weeks in) with improvement at 12 weeks. Of course exercise and diet will improve results and that’s because you are decreasing the size of the remaining fat cells. 

This is a great question, and I have several young patients with a similar issue. When Botox isn't getting those lines smooth 100% I actually prefer to use PDO threads. These are more cost effective and often last longer than dermal fillers. The threads stimulate collagen and can give a similar "filler-like" effect without having to overdo Botox.
