These cases are sadly very frequent, due to bad smart lipo and the cases I personally see are mostly generated from non plastic surgeons. They can prove very diffucult to treat sufficiently, due to the face that these lumps appear in standing position and dissapear when lying on the OR table. 
However in your case there seems to be excess fat around the belly button, protruding and creating a lot of bulk in this area. A very well designed liposuction may improve your appearance, however of combination of lipo and tummy tuck will bring a much better result.

Some bruising is acceptable, usually caused by some small vessel directly under the skin. You should worry and visit your physician if you notice swelling and size difference between your two breasts. 

First of all, you have to be patient for at least 2 weeks for the swelling to go away. If your surgeon overinjected your face with fat, the fat grafts will have a survival rate below 50%, which means more than half of what he injected will dissolve. However, fat dissolving might take up to 3 months, especially if fat liquidation occurs.In this case, my suggestion would be to undergo a minor liposuction in areas which are distorted or overinjected.

It is still pretty soon to consider any revision, including surgical or non surgical treatments. Depending on the type of lipo, the swelling may persist for more than 3 months. Try to gradually lose some weight first, which will dramatically improve your overall shape and minimize the need for tummy tuck or additional lipo etc.  It seems though that some minor liposuction may be necessary above the belly button, if that small lump persists.

Fat transfer to the face is an alternative to fillers, when considering adding volume in areas such as the cheeks, cheekbones, tear trough, lips. It is not as precise a method as HA fillers and has a rather unpredictable result. However, when injected symmetrically in volume, depth and technique, it is really very uncommon to notice any assymetry after the absorbtion. 
In order to minimize this risk, multiple imjections are more preferable, one every 4 weeks.
