J-plasma laser treatment

I’d been researching procedures to fix sagging skin caused by conventional lipo 2 yrs ago, as required for fat transferred to breast procedure. It was an arduous process because of all the options involving what I finally determined to be required...a probe under skin to facilitate best chance of significant skin tightening. An article in New Beauty I came across from over a year ago called out J-Plasma will become the gold standard for skin tightening. I’d been hoping to find a procedure that wouldn’t involve any type of invasiveness, but after having had fraxel that etched my skin, home devices that didn’t improve texture or density or even prevent further progression as I lost a few pounds, I realized a topical approach wasn’t possible. I researched availability & found a female physician who offered J-Plasma laser. I’m delighted to report finding a doctor who is relatable, unpretentious, and transparent. I’ve been so disappointed having wasted my money over to years to have been talked into processes not right for my skin type because it’s what the practitioner had to offer. I do think part of it is male vs female physician. The process does involve laser lipo probe in minimal amount to create room for the jplasma probe to operate within the treatment area. It cannot be used on fronts or arms or legs, which worked for me because i only had issue on inner thighs and lower tricep area of arms. I made last-minute to add in under chin after seeing before/after of a 70 ur old woman who looked 25 yrs younger after having her whole face done, and that area has been most problematic in getting the tightness of underlying muscle to relax/smooth out. However, my own physical issues of having tight muscles (teeth-clenching) in that area pre-procedure is an individual reaction that may not present itself in other people. Post-treatments with Vasser and Skin-Tyte to assist in smoothing lumps/bumps & encourage inner-outer dermis to meld for best result has added to almost 25% to the cost, but I feel it’s necessary to make the most out of initial investment. It’s too soon to be sure of final results as takes 3 mos or so, but I’m satisfied with progress to-date. It is not without pain, compression garments are critical, cant overstretch areas as they heal. The doctor has many tools at her disposal. She has innovative mindset, and I recommend her without reservation. I’ve already had a BBL treatment that included an added pass on worst rosacea area with YAG laser that no other physician has ever offered me. I don’t have any pics to post at this time, but will get from her soonest to post.

Vaser Lipo abs & flanks

I'm in my mid 40s and progressively have found i more difficult to reduce or eliminate the fat in my abs and most recently my flanks/love handles. It started out as a muffin top. Now it's whole cake-the result of stubborn pregnancy fat and my sincere love for all things sugar and carbs. My only child will be 17 and this is a gift to me as is always talked about a tummy tuck and thankfully my doctor suggested vaser would be suitable. I did two different consultations. The prices were within $500 of each other but u went wit the more expensive because the MD took the time to appeal to my visual learning style and sketched out the procedure and took notes for me. Today was my Pre-op and next week is my procedure. Stay tuned. Updated on 15 Mar 2020: Updated on 20 Mar 2020: Procedure was yesterday and I’m in bed today. The pain medicine making me sleeping & nauseous but I would still do it again. Dr Atluri was her RN had such a bright and engaging sense of humor that made this procedure seem like a piece of cake. She even provided laughing gas to take the edge off. I’ll post pictures & give more detail when I have more strength. Updated on 21 Mar 2020: Up and made breakfast today. Showered and washed td garment. Still some pain but I expected that. Will post pictures one week after. Updated on 24 Mar 2020: Updated on 2 Apr 2020: I have bee sleeping on different parts of my body thankfully as initially I was limited to my back. Wearing the compression garment has gotten easier and I’m still using the foam. I wear it typically 23 hours a day. It’s usually off for bathing and cleaning. My doctor advised me to wear it for 4 weeks during the day and two weeks at night but I’m going to keep wearing it night and day for now. The longer he better. My skin is wrinkly but is expected to tighten over the next weeks. If it doesn’t I wouldn’t be terribly upset because the bulge was harder to look at. I just really appreciate that my clothes will fit differently. Pics attached. Updated on 8 Apr 2020: Three weeks post op. Tried on one of my favorite dresses. Yay. Shape. No trainer only for this picture. Still wearing it daily. Updated on 8 Apr 2020: Three weeks post op. Tried on one of my dresses. No trainer only for this picture. Still wearing it daily. My MD said wear it for 4 weeks ( two weeks day and night and two weeks day only : for a total of 4 weeks). I'm still just wearing it all the time as 4 weeks is a minimal. Updated on 27 Apr 2020: Sharing near 6 weeks post op pictures. Still wearing my garment and started minor exercising today. Could have started sooner but not having access to the gym & bad weather has been my excuse. I was only told to wear my garment 4 weeks but have found I’m super reliant upon it. Also due to Covid I’ve not been able to see my MD for follow up recommendations.
