I would recommend liposuction first. After liposuction, the volume of the treated area will decrease and this may change some of the dynamic rhytids (wrinkles) in the area. So, in order to get the most effective and targeted Botox treatment, I recommend lipo first with at least a 3-4 week gap to allow for optimal healing. Good luck!
You have beautiful eyes! It is possible to inject filler above and below the eyelids, however this may not result in the increased prominence that you are hoping for. One thing you may consider is an FDA approved eyedrop called Upneeq, which lifts the upper eyelid and widens the eyes. This is a non surgical approach to make the eyes appear more prominent. Please see a trained ophthalmologist or Oculoplastic surgeon to see if you are a good candidate, and to completely understand any risks associated with the drops.
Yes, it is possible to inject filler to fill in upper lid hollows. This is typically done to augment the superior sulcus medially and to round out the brow bone laterally. If you search “superior sulcus filler” or “A frame deformity”, you can find examples of Before and After photos. I would highly recommend seeing a fellowship trained Oculoplastic specialist for these delicate injections around the eye. I prefer to perform these injections with a cannula to minimize complication risks. Good luck!
