It is difficult to tell what is the cause of swelling. Because the swelling can be caused by infection, trauma or displacement of the septal graft.

Will my nose ever go back to what it was at 1 month?

It is not the good idea to fill up your dents/wrinkles with the Filler. The best way to treat is Fat Grafting.

As your PS&nbsp;total, it is correct. It is normal part of recovery, sometimes I will tall my patients to do the massage that can enhance absorption.

The pudginess that you concern, maybe&nbsp;caused by internal fat inside your abdomen plus weakness of abdominal muscle.
You should exercise to strengthen, your abdominal muscle and to reduce internal fat by non-invasive laser, exercise and control diet.

It's depending on what kind of Rhinoplasty as you have been done, if the operation is Augmented Rhinoplasty your radix should be wider and it is normal. But if the operation is Reduction Rhinoplasty, your radix should narrower.
