Always had small boobs but after breast feeding my second child, now 2 years old, my boobs practically disappeared. Love spending time on the beach and really wanted to fill out my bikini. Was really stressful trying to find the right surgeon and being worried of choosing the wrong one. Feel so lucky to have found such an amazing surgeon, from the moment I met him I felt completely comfortable and impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I wanted to go as big as I could without looking unnatural (I am 5'5, 55kgs, petite frame), Dr Hayes suggested natrelle anotomical, he ordered 3 similar sizes to see which would look best on me, ended up going with natrelle 410 style 335 mf (moderate height, full projecion) currently on day 1 post op and already impressed with how they are looking. Thanks to this website I have a good idea of how much they will still change. Very grateful my Dr directed me to this website, think I would have been a bit worried about how they look now if I didn't know how much they change in 1 month. So far the pain is very bearable, expected it to be much worse. My implants are under the muscle which is meant to be more painful, I do find it painful to use the muscles but Dr says I must refrain from using them for 2 weeks. Other than that feeling great, very happy so far. Will post more pics at the 1 week mark. Updated on 26 May 2017: Been really surprised how bearable the pain has been, though I do still feel pretty tired during the day. I haven't had any trouble sleeping at night, even though I usually sleep on my stomach. My boobs are still very perky, can't wait for them to drop and to see how the final result will be. Saw my PS yesterday and he said every thing is looking good. I think my right boob has started to drop a bit. I can feel the left muscle is still a bit strained so perhaps that's why the left hasn't started yet. Both are still pretty numb. Updated on 30 May 2017: Updated on 6 Jun 2017: All went well at the dr, he says they looking good and I can start massaging to help them drop into their pockets. Had a look at the cuts before they were taped up again and I must say they are very neat and small- happy! Will post pics as soon as I have the nerve to pull of the tape. On the down side, I've developed a hard painful vein which feels like it stems from my right boob. Dr didn't seem to worried said I should massage it with arnica oil. He did say it was extremely rare to happen. With regard to the feel of my boobs, I've ever heard people say their boobs are hard, mine have never been hard, they are soft and squishy and feel just like my own boobs to me, beside the tightness which is starting to get better. Will post update in a week again! Updated on 6 Jun 2017: Updated on 8 Jun 2017: Updated on 12 Jun 2017: Updated on 20 Jun 2017: Things are moving along, can't believe it's 4 weeks already. Still have some muscle pain, so still taking it easy with regard to stretching and lifting heavy things. At least I can carry my baby now(12kg) though my boobs are still very sensitive when pushed on. Scars are healing nicely except for a small patch which scabbed where the stitch was(see pic). All in all very happy so far, though I do have moments of thinking they are too small, can't wait to wear proper bras!! ( I am religious about wearing the surgical bra) Updated on 3 Jul 2017: No major change yet, don't think they've dropped yet, or have they? Either way I'm happy with the way they are. Still wear the surgical bra non stop, practically,so maybe that has some thing to do with it. Scars are perfectly in the fold, so I must applaud my PS for that. Still so glad I went with him! Thanks Dr PM Hayes! Updated on 23 Jul 2017: Got my first post op, push up bra, and boy, does it make a difference. Was feeling a bit down, about the size, after all the post op swelling, had recently gone down. But now I'm chuffed again. Pain wise- Pretty much completely back to normal, still wouldn't do push ups or heavy exercising but I'm feeling good. Still a bit numb and nipples tender. See my PS in a few days for my 8 weeks check up I missed last week. Updated on 24 Jul 2017: Updated on 13 Aug 2017: Just gets better and better. Still waiting for full feeling to come back. Still feels semi numb. I get shooting pains about once or twice a day - gives me hope that it's still healing and may return to normal eventually. Never thought I would say this but even if it doesn't, I still have no regrets! Updated on 23 Oct 2017: So I'm still very happy but do feel my boobs have gotten smaller. Guess that's the sad thing about swelling, you get used to the big size and then it goes down. My husband insists they aren't small though, lol! Still don't have full feeling back. I mean I feel every thing but it's not a natural feeling and it's still sensitive. Also my boobs are always cold to the touch which is kinda weird, any one else experience the same thing? Tried loading a video as requested but can't seem to do it off a mobile device which is all I have at the moment. Going on a island holiday next week with my friend and so happy I can feel confident in my bikini!! Happy me!
